Axle's POV
It was super dark out. The forest creatures continued their calm lullaby. I was really tired from all the running and fighting. I could feel Ahsoka's head sleeping against my shoulder. Her right hand laid on my chest and her legs were stretched out on top of each other . Her breasts were squished against my chest and her montrals were dangling down. I rested my head against the top of her forehead. My left hand wrapped around her pulling her closer.
The quietness was interrupted by a huge burst of explosions. Ahsoka and I opened our eyes and looked up at the sky. The Separatist blockade was under attack. "It's Anakin." Ahsoka said looking back at me, "I know it is." I smiled at her, "I do too." But our smiles slowly disappeared. We were overjoyed that Anakin found us, but we won't be able to feel this way about each other anymore. The past few weeks have given us time to understand how we feel about each other. That would make it more difficult for us to do our jobs as Jedi. It might become so much of a problem that we might have to split up. If we don't, we could become blinded by the Jedi code entirely. Ahsoka tried to grin, "Well, we're finally getting out of here." I could tell she wasn't too excited. But I played along, "Yep, we're getting off this rock. Getting back to our old lives." I know she could tell I wasn't fully happy about that either.

Anakin's POV
Rex and I along with a squad of clones rushed to the hangar. We all boarded the Twilight and I maned the controls. The large, red hangar bays opened and we flew out of the ship. Chase still hasn't launched any fighters yet. The Separatist ships keeped getting closer and closer, but the Predator's guns were shredding them apart. Vultra droids approached us, but I maneuvered around them. I flew us closer to the dreadnought. They wouldn't risk shooting at us if we were too close to their capital ship. Their giant point-defense cannons tried to knock us out of the fight, but I wouldn't let it. It won't be long before we break through the droid's defenses.

Axle's POV
Ahsoka and I stood up and looked to the dark sky again. Bright explosions lit up the night from the battle above. The sound of explosions echoed through the forest. The sun was rising from it's sleep, providing a little light for us to see in the dark. There was no way we could get to Anakin. He'll have to get to us. But what about the Krayt Dragon droid? Dooku would most likely build more. We need to do something about it.
Ahsoka stood up, "I need to relieve myself. Be right back." She walked off into some bushes down next to the stream. I laid back against the large boulder and looked up at the sky. Since the droid fleet was much closer to the planet, I could see them better, but now I could barely make out the Predator closing the gap.
Ahsoka's POV
I started walking back from the stream when a voice came out of nowhere, "You should have kept running, young one." I jumped back in a gasp turning towards Dooku. I quickly ignited my sabers and readied myself. Dooku raised his hands, "I am not here to fight you." "And why is that?" I asked, not letting my guard down. "Because that would be pointless." Dooku started, "I would gain nothing from your death. However, I would make an exception for young Tinguard. If you step aside now, I will let you go." I gritted my teeth and squinted my eyes in anger, "You are not going to touch Axle. You'll have to go through me." Dooku frowned, "Like I said, I would gain nothing from your death. I am not a murderer. The reason I want Tinguard is because he did something to me that cuts deeper than a blade." I paused and thought of what he said. Axle never really did anything to Dooku. I tried to read the Count's face and started to put the pieces together, "You're jealous of him." He grit his teeth, "That boy does not deserve the power he possesses. He is too foolish, arrogant, and naive. Yet, my old Master favors him more than he ever did for me." "Axle is no longer the kid he once was. He's groan into a smart and confident leader. I look up to him. We all do." Dooku turned to leave, "You better hope you are right. Or else you both will not go home. And neither will the innocent villagers of that poor town." Then he was gone as quickly as he appeared.
Axle's POV
I heard Ahsoka running through the bushes and I quickly got up, "Ahsoka, what's wrong? What happened?" She was panting, "The villagers. They're in trouble. Axle, we have to go back. We need to save them." I nodded, "Then what are we waiting for?" We dashed through the trees back to the village. My only hope is that we're not too late.

Chase's POV
We've been at this battle for almost an hour now. Our shields were holding thanks to us keeping our distance from the large cruisers. At this rate it would take hours to break this blockade. I don't know how much longer the Commanders could hold out. We need to break through now.
I walked over to the holo-table and sent out a transmission. General Windu responded, "Yes, Captain? Have you found Corvus?" I nodded, "Yes, sir. We are smack dab right in the middle of a battle above Corvus's atmosphere. But with our current situation, we won't be able to make it to the Commanders any time soon." "So what is your plan, Captain?" The ship took another hit from a turbo laser and it shook the entire cruiser. I started to recover from the blast, "General with all do respect, why are you not in this battle? We know where they are and so does the Separatists. And your apprentice is still stuck in the middle of nowhere." Windu grunted, "If I leave, Velmore could be open to attack. I have signed a treaty with the people of the planet that we will not leave their side until we are sure that the droids will not come back." I rolled my eyes, "Genera Windu, you don't need to take your entire fleet out of the system. All we need is another cruiser and we can lockdown on the remaining enemy ships. Sir, Axle looks up to you. He is expecting you to be there for him. You are his Mentor. He has been by your side since the war started. I think it's fair that you are there by his side until the war ends." Windu didn't say anything after that. He looked down in guilt and sighed.

Axle's POV
Ahsoka and I came up upon the giant wall bordering the village. All the people were outside in chains on their knees. I could see the Mayor standing on the large barrier. He grinned, "I was beginning to think you weren't coming." Ahsoka and I stopped about a hundred meters away. "Dooku doesn't like to make a mess of pointless beings. However, I don't mind doing just that. Surrender now, and we will free the villagers." I looked closer at the people. The doctor was also in chains facing the ground with his eyes closed.
I looked back up at the Mayor. Dooku came into view next to him. The Sith gave a slow grin. I knew what he was expecting me to do. "You sense him too, right?" I whispered to Ahsoka. "Yep, this is going to be interesting." She responded.
I approached the walls slowly. The guards aimed their weapons at us. I slowly unhooked my saber and tossed it towards them, then raised my arms, "There, I surrender." Dooku's grin disappeared. He expected me to fight. I'm not that foolish. I know the Dragon droid is nearby and would have surprise attacked me.
The guards approached me with their blasters still up. I slowly walked over to the gate. Ahsoka followed me and the guards took her sabers. Dooku approached us, "I am surprised, Tinguard. I expected the apprentice of Master Windu to put up more of a last stand." I grinned at Ahsoka, "Do you wanna tell him, or should I?" She giggled, "I think he'll figure it out." Dooku gave a questioning face.
Suddenly, the sound of a ships engines could be heard. We all turned around to see the Twilight several meters away. Its guns opened fired on the guards and they ducked for cover. Dooku gritted his teeth, "Skywalker."
Ahsoka and I ran to pick up our sabers. We started fighting the remaining enemies. The Twilight flew above us again and Anakin jumped down in front of us, "I'm so glad you two are ok. I'm sorry I took so long." Ahsoka and I didn't even hesitate and we ran to give him a hug, "We missed you too, Anakin."
3rd Person
Dooku started walking towards his ship. The Mayor tried to follow him, "My lord, we need more support. Please send more droids." Dooku waved him off, "If you wish to keep our agreement, then you will deal with this problem yourself." The Mayor quickly tapped on his commlink and activated the Krayt Dragon. The ground started to shake and the grass danced to the rumble.
Anakin quickly ran after Dooku, "You two take care of that dragon. I'm going after Dooku." Axle and Ahsoka finished off the guards when the droid dragon shot up to the surface. The to Jedi quickly cut the chains of the civilians and they fled the area. The dragon gave it's loud roar and charged its head at them.
Axle's POV
The dragon crashed into the wall, then dove back under ground. When it popped up again, I jumped on top of its head and slashed at its armor left and right. Ahsoka quickly joined me and did the same.
I could see Anakin and Dooku off in the distance in a strong duel. I was caught off balance by my focus being switched and I fell off the dragon's head. Ahsoka tried to hold on, but the droid shook its entire body and she fell hard on the ground, losing her sabers. The dragon dove back under the dirt.
I slowly got up as the ground rumbled again. I looked over at Ahsoka who was struggling to stand. The giant Krayt Dragon emerged from the ground and gave a loud roar. "AHSOKA LOOK OUT!!!!!" I screamed and pleaded. Ahsoka stood there motionless. There was fear and sadness in her eyes. She looked up at the giant eel. I ran as fast as I could toward her, but every step I took pushed her further away. The dragon gave another large roar. "AHSOKA!!!!!!!!!!!" I yelled once again. She slowly turned her head to face me. Her whole body was shaking in terror. I saw small tears running down her face. I ran faster, but there was nothing I could do. "Axle...." She stuttered in horror, "Help me." The dragon gave another roar and dove down. I outstretched my arm and focused on my energy, "NOT THIS TIME!!!" A large force light shock wave exploded out of my hand and crashed into the dragon's mouth. It screamed and fell to the ground.
I ran over to Ahsoka who was still in shock. I picked her up and forced pulled her sabers to my hand. Anakin ran up to us. "Where's Dooku?" I asked. He shook his head, "He got away, but that's not important. We need to get out of here. Chase can't hold out much longer." I nodded and we started to walk back towards the Twilight as Rex landed it.
The ground started to shake again and we turned around to see the gigantic droid in a heavily damaged state roaring back at us. It dove down again. I held onto Ahsoka and looked away, but something happened. A large amount of blaster fire exploded onto the dragon and its head disintegrated. I looked up to see several gunships flying down toward us. Ahsoka woke up and stared in awe. When they landed, the doors opened revealing someone I never would have guessed., "Master Windu?" He ran towards us, "Axle, I am so sorry all of this happened. It's all my fault. I'm going to make things right." I nodded, "I forgive you, Master. Ahsoka and I had quite an adventure." Windu smiled, "Indeed. You two have survived an ordeal very few kids your age would have. I sense a large amount of character growth in each of you. I am very proud."
...........................................
It was over. Republic forces arrived to save us. It took them 2 weeks, 5 days, and 13 hours to locate and fight through the blockade. The Mayor was taken prisoner and the droid factory was completely destroyed. Ahsoka and I were given the "Survivor" medal given to only the most skilled individuals who lived through some of the toughest trials in our lifetime. Heck, I think we would have even have been knighted if we were older. One thing's for sure. I don't ever wanna go back to that planet again.
...........................................
I walked into the barracks carrying my old torn up clothes. I got new robes a few hours ago and I feel so much warmer with them on. I still haven't washed up yet after the rescue. Some of the boys including Chase said that I smelled like Jabba the Hutt, only worse. Hahaha, that may be true.
I turned around to see Ahsoka looking at me. We both said no words, but we knew exactly what we were thinking. The thought of keeping to the Jedi code flew through my mind. Now that we're back with the Republic, would we ever love each other again? We can't let anyone find out. Ahsoka never broke her eye contact on me until she finally walked into her shower. I hesitated, but walked over to the doorway. She still looked at me and started the water. We had no facial expression. I walked into the room and closed the door.
