Ch. 29 Nobleman?

As Raiz went to continue his training. Aurora was thinking about what Raiz mentioned. Instead of having blood limited only from herself, she wanted to know of other possibilities. Most living creatures had blood in their system after all.

A rabbit was jumping in the forest. Unfortunately for the rabbit, it became Aurora's first victim. Aurora held her arm towards the rabbit but nothing occurred, no matter how hard she stretched her hand. The rabbit looked back, wondering what this crazy action was about. Aurora retracted her hand and then tried to use her own blood.

Even on herself, no blood formed in her hands. Wondering what was wrong, Aurora retraced her steps, she did the first time. It finally hit her, what was the difference. She needed to have the intent, give a command to the blood. She tried again on herself but this time she imagined the intent of her blood forming.

Drops of blood were now fusing together, to form even bigger drop. Seeing how it worked, she now turned back to the rabbit, who was still not aware of the danger.

She held her hand towards the rabbit. Just as she thought, tiny little blood was coming from the rabbit and formed in her hand. She noticed something. She need more mana drawing from others than herself and the little rabbit didn't even fight.

She could only imagine how harder it would be if one was resisting. The more blood was taken away from the rabbit, the paler it got. Even though Aurora was 10 meters away, its instinct finally kicked, as it ran away from her. When the rabbit got away more than 20 meters, Aurora could no longer feel the connection to the rabbit's blood.

Looking at the rabbit still running for its life, Aurora thought to herself " Since you helped me with my experiment. I let you go, I hope you live longer than just today" Aurora didn't have much hope, the rabbit wouldnt live much longer as it was just a normal rabbit. She looked one more time at the rabbit before she headed back home.

Skele saw the gates of the city. This city was a nightmare but also where his life started. With mixed feelings, he entered. Entering the city wasn't difficult, bribing the guards was the easiest and fastest way. If you didn't have money or identity, you could enter with a merchant.

Skele paid off the guard with just a few coins and entered the city. His destination was none other than his original host's mansion. He arrived at a small inn. He cleaned himself and got new clothes, afterwards he entered the mansion.

The guards at the front gate stopped him. Skele took his hood off. This startled the guards and they immediately opened the gate,as they welcomed their lord. Skele looked at the guards, nobody knew he was a clone. This secret was known only by other clones and the original host.

When skele was out of their sight one of the guards said. " Wasn't the lord already inside his home?"

The other guard looked at him and answered " Don't think there's only one way out, rich people probably have two or three more back doors ,just in case of an emergency"This indeed was possible considering what they already knew about their employer. Nobody said anything but the employer wasn't favoured much, especially among the servant's.

Skele headed straight to the biggest room in the mansion. The mansion was huge but there wasn't even servant present. Looking at the empty and lonely mansion. It was a huge contrast to when he was at the Claustar. The lord of this mansion Reinvinetow Iijenozuoki Nxuroiz Venues, made only one hour each day. Only in that hour, the servant's was allowed to step into the main house.

Skele knocked on the room and let himself in. A man was standing in the dark room. Skele didn't say anything and waited until the man spoke first.

" Did you know, before I was cast to this far borderline.I was living my life in the capital as a nobleman. Look at me now. Living with the filthy, ugly commoners in my sight line every day. If this was another nobleman, they would have gone mad but I instead held it in. All for the sake of returning to my home" The man said full of emotion.

Skele looked at the man as he started rambling again. The man didn't interact with anyone, except the few he deemed as " noble" . Since there wasnt any noble he deemed fit,his ramblings always ended for his clones to lisen.

The man looked at Skele and said nonchalantly " I lost connection with the other clones. What happened?" Skele knew, the only way for the original host to lose connection with his clone, was by death.

" They were destroyed by monsters. I was lucky enough to be dealing with an orc, who was escaping at the time" Skele would have blamed it on the beam, saying he was destroyed by it. Unfortunately, the clones death was earlier than when the beam hit the forest.

Skele stopped his thought when he noticed, the man said clones and not a clone. Skele was almost horrified when he knew only one died. He thought he was the only clone alive and now there was another clone still alive.

What if that clone saw how Skele surrendered to the monsters? Skele was slowly sweating but thankfully,it was dark and the original host didn't notice. Controlling his breathing, he calmed his mind. He decided to bet and ask" If I may ask, when did the clones die"

Reinvinetow answered " As you probably said, the first one died from a monster. The second died by the beam. What useless bunch till the end"

Skele frowned but not at host bad attitude towards the clones. Instead, it was that the host knew where the second clone was before it died. Skele's conclusion, the host knew their exact location at all times. This made it impossible towards his goal of escaping, at least until he knew what range this radar had.

The man turned seriously and said " The Beam that was supposed to destroy, a large amount of the forest didn't succeed. Do you know what kind of report I got?" Skele listened carefully as this was what he came for.

" Was it some powerful figure " Skele didn't hide what he really thought and asked. When the man heard, he laughed "Powerful figure? In this God-forsaken place? But indeed, that could have been the only speculation anyone could have. It wasn't a person but a natural disaster, the forest was just lucky this time"

The man told how the black hole saved the forest. Skele almost had a heart attack by this revelation. Didn't Raiz say something about this too? Was he perhaps telling the truth? Then he remembered what Moon said before he departed" Sometimes what you are looking for might just be in front of you"

Skele didn't find this a laughing matter. If Raiz who wasn't the strongest and was able destroy the beam, what could that cloud monster do? He was truly glad for his luck, as he was a member of the clan too. He looked at Reinvinetow Iijenozuoki Nxuroiz Venues, without a doubt this man was strong but not strong enough to handle that beam.

The man finally got up and switched the light on. His face was exact of skeles. Not knowing why he suddenly turned the light on.The host said

" The orcs are going to invade the Veor city. Keep them away from the forest. It would be a such waste for them to be destroyed before my goals. We will fire another beam, let's see if the forest is still lucky" The man smirked

Skele completely forgot the thousand orcs that died, not even their bodies would be found. Should he tell the truth, he was most likely going to die here if he did. With a poker face, skele said " Yes. I will instruct them so"

------------- Claustar

Moon was training and didn't have enough energy to pay attention,to what was happening outside. He was sweating, if a cloud could sweat. He was getting crushed by the weight. It was not the best time to be a cloud but as a proud cloud how could he ever say that.

He was feeling, he would soon enter stage 8 mortal realm. The mind was truly the one, that was still keeping him standing. Not knowing how long he could still hold, he finally stepped into the stage 8.

For some reason, others got stronger when they entered higher realms but Moon felt nothing. He was the same old Cloud.

Wasn't this training bit discriminating against the clouds? Moon didn't know if this training would get him stronger but since there was only one path to get stronger. The choice eas quite easy to make.

As always, after he advanced a stage. He came out of the training and flew out into the sky . Looking at the beautiful vast sky. Indeed, being a cloud was the best. The cloud who was stressing just a while ago, was now enjoying the beauty called nature, with a big smile.
