Chapter 25

Giselle cannot concentrate on memorizing her scripts. Her eyes are on the words written on the paper she was holding, but her focus was not there. Giselle is not is getting nervous about her performance later. But the reason for it is the man sitting beside her.

Iñigo is sitting beside Giselle in the lobby. He was just there to give Giselle his support for her audition today. Originally, Rachel should also be here. But she suddenly got a photoshoot schedule so she cannot make it.

Worried about her sister, Rachel asked a favor to Iñigo if he can go with Giselle on her stead. Of course, Iñigo will naturally agree. When Rachel became his girlfriend, Iñigo treated her girlfriend's family as his own.

"Brother..." Giselle purposely called Iñigo in a soft and artificial tone. "Do you think I can do well in the audition?"

"Of course. Rachel told me that you are meticulously preparing for this audition. Just do your best later." Iñigo answered as he gently stroked Giselle's head.

Because Giselle is Rachel's younger sister, Iñigo naturally treated her so well. As long as Giselle needs some assistance, Iñigo will help her. On the other hand, Giselle had different thoughts. She believes that since Iñigo's preference in a woman is her sister, then she may have a chance to get his attention too.

In fact, Giselle secretly likes Iñigo. He is young, strong, handsome, and rich. Iñigo fits all the things Giselle is looking for in a man. Technically speaking, Giselle met Iñigo first instead of Rachel after her ex-stepsister Francheska introduced him to her. But after a few twists and turns, Iñigo ended up with her older sister.

"Brother Iñigo, I will do my best to get the role! Treat me to dinner after I get the role, okay?" Giselle said in a cute voice.

Iñigo did not say anything and just showed Giselle a smile. Minutes later, a staff called the attention of the auditionees to gather outside the audition room. Giselle stands up from her seat and fixed her hair. Even though she was not yet finished memorizing the script, Giselle is confident that she will still get the role.

'What is so important with that boring script? If I really forget my lines later, I will just some adlib and improvise the scene.'

And Giselle does not feel scared at all. Iñigo was on her side. All she has to do is to act like a docile and sweet girl in front of Iñigo and he will deliver the role she wants in front of her. Giselle is confident that Iñigo will do it because he does not want to leave a bad impression on his girlfriend's sister.

"Ms. Francheska Cruz is here!"

Giselle was rooted in her spot when she heard her ex-stepsisters name. Both Iñigo and Giselle turned their heads to see a slender woman walking in front of the auditionees.

Francheska was dressed in a blue tweed skirt and top. She was also covered with a coat in the same color that reached her knees. She was also wearing a piece of simple-looking pearl jewelry which highlights her soft features. Francheska's long and flawless legs were exposed, seizing attention to the people inside the building.

Intentional or not, the way Francheska walked with her fair legs gathered their attention. Her swaying hips while walking give the onlooker an idea that Francheska is a supermodel walking on her own catwalk show. The noise inside the building was immediately lowered by a notch. The moment Francheska showed a soft smile at them, the people inside were suddenly woken up from their stupor and they quickly gave their greetings to her.

"Good morning, Ms. Francheska!"

"Thank you for giving us your precious time with us, Ms. Francheska."

"Ms. Francheska, you are looking beautiful today as well."

"Ms. Francheska, Director Jamie is already waiting for you inside."

Iñigo, who was also woken up from his daze, frowned.

Iñigo suddenly got displeased when he temporarily lost himself because of Francheska's arrival. It was not bad if he finds another woman beautiful aside from Rachel. But it was bad that he got distracted because of Francheska.

Francheska greeted the people who called her name politely as she continued walking. When she was already near the two people in the lobby, Francheska ignored them as if they are not existing there. She never spared them even a bit of attention until she gets inside the audition room.
