After I finished introducing myself, I return to my chair and let Syklur do the talking.

"Everyone, the things I will share right now must remain confidential, and you must not share it with anyone. The information I will be sharing today is very delicate, so I must request everyone to recite a vow of confidentiality." Skylur slowly explained.

I saw their faces turn dark knowing the seriousness of the situation. And they slowly nodded their heads in agreement with my brother.

"We understand Skylur." Anael, who seems to have a happy-go-lucky face a while ago, turned very solemn.

All of them raised their left hand and started to recite the vow of confidentiality.

"Please repeat after me," Skylur instructed.

"Most esteemed God of Knowledge, protector of our knowledge, hear our confidentiality vow. Cleanse our minds so that we can protect the words were about to say to stay hidden among ourselves. I plead this to you as your humble servants, o flame in our souls."

After finishing the vow, a white light came out from their heads, which is the sign that Fedzotz acknowledges their vow. And if someone violated the vow, Fedzotz will give his punishment immediately.

This world has great respect for the gods, that's why whenever they perform a vow using the god's name, it will be binding to their souls.

And only god can give the punishment if someone did not follow. As far as I know, the highest punishment a god can give for not following a vow is, you will be struck by thunder.

"Now I will explain what happened to Bathor's the other day. We went to the town like our usual outing, I and little Evie met Duayne at the bookstore and he joined us to go to Bathor's to pick up Iskender, Wymund, and Alysdair.

The commotion happened when my sister touched the glass drawer where Shemer was displayed. After touching the glass drawer, she fainted, and we immediately brought her home while the management team of Bathor suppressed the commotion."

"What?! Is that true?" Lexine burst out and immediately looks at me with concern.

"How are you feeling now, little sister Evangeline?" Alessia asked.

"Thank you, sisters. I was cleared by Doctor Gale this morning." I replied.

"Thank the gods that we are wearing our commoner clothes and no one was able to recognize us and link it to the Evernight's. That's why the Bathor was able to announce that a little girl just tripped and bumped her head on the glass casket and fainted. Hahaha!" Skylur continued.

My eyes went wide as Skylur said that. I did not know about Bathor's announcement. And it was surely a humiliating excuse! As soon as Skylur saw my expression, he immediately stops laughing.

"Ah! Is that so? I thought witnesses were saying that they saw Shemer glowed." Olek mentioned.

"Well, the truth is, Shemer woke up and was delivered to us the night after the commotion happened," I said.

"Why would they deliver it to you when it is still in the Bathor's little Evie?" Anael turned to me and asked.

"Hmm, you see... Shemer just accepted me as his master. That's why he was delivered to us secretly the other night by the Bathor's and the one on the shop was just a fake copy that was made by Shemer. That's why no one knew it was fake." I slowly explained to them.

Their expressions turned from being serious to shocked.

"What?!!"

Wow, are they performing a choral? All of them are in sync.

Hahaha! I then turned to Skylur and let him continue the story.

"Ok guys, let me finish what little Evie was saying. After she fainted, we immediately went home and let Doctor Gale check her condition and he said that she experience mana interference. That's why she fainted."

"I see. Is it because of Shemer?" Sanyi asked.

"Yes, brother Sanyi. Shemer absorbed little Evie's mana unconsciously, that's why the mana interference happened. Yesterday after little Evie woke up, Shemer immediately recognize her as his master. And they performed an unbreakable bond."

"So you mean to say that little Evie is the master that Shemer has been waiting for all these years?" Lexus questioned.

"Yup, that's why we requested a vow of confidentiality earlier, aside from receiving Cuvean's blessing she also became Shemer's master."

"We understand. Thank you for trusting us, little Evie." Olek sincerely said while patting my head.

"I know that I can trust big brothers and big sisters because big brothers Skylur, Aleksio, Aleksandro, and Duayne said you are their friends and also our allies," I announced proudly.

"Hahaha! Skylur, your sister seems different from other children of her age." Anael praised.

"Well, Duayne and I planned to introduce everybody to her. As you know, our grandfather gifted her his battle sword and she already started training her stance. Hahaha!"

"It seems like brother Sanyi's record will be broken by little Evie," Liam said while laughing, while Alik just nodded her head.

"Moving on, let's jump to another topic. What are your thoughts about Arch Strain's latest movements?" Aleksio announced.

"Alik, do you have any information?" Aleksandro asked.

"Ehem, as of the moment we received a piece of information that the spies inside Olek, Lexus, Anael's houses are members of the Arch Strain. That's why we intercepted your messages. It will be very dangerous to Evangeline if they knew she received Cuvean's blessing."

"Well, your fast judgment cleared the danger," Lexus said while sighing.

Suddenly I feel that the atmosphere turned cold. I look for the person that seems to be emitting a dangerous aura and found out it was Anael. He was smiling, but the looked in his eyes was deadly.

"I never knew that rats have entered my territory." He said, while licking his lips.

"The same for mine. Maybe I've been too lenient these past months." Olek uttered while touching his sword.

"We should some cleansing so that they can understand that no one can enter our territory as they pleased and came out alive," Lexus responded.

Everyone seems to agree with their words. I really admire these kids' minds. At such a young age, they can plan to kill those who crossed their lines without any sympathy.

I pity their enemies.
