"I know that," Pramudya looked into the girl's eyes as if to look for something hidden in there. "No, no!" then he shook his head. "I'm starting to suspect you, Rangda, to be honest."
"You're worried I'll kill you?" Rangda smiled and leaned closer to Pramudya's face and body.
Pramudya laughed softly, but he didn't dare even to kiss the girl's lips because he knew they were deadly.
"No," he said, "you can do that any time you want."
"Then?"
"Who knows!" said Pramudya with a long and heavy sigh. "I feel like you're after something I don't know about—some kind of amulet or heirloom weapon, perhaps."
"Amulet?" Rangda repeated. "Heirloom weapon?"
Again, Pramudya shrugged his shoulders. "Who knows? You'd tell me!"
"I told you, didn't I?" Rangda kissed Pramudya's neck, shoulders, and one of his nipples, giving him goosebumps with amusement. "I just want to expand your territory."
