#Chapter 77 War is Coming
Erik’s POV
I woke up, startled and in agony. Fuck. Everything hurt, but Dylan was going to kill the tiger princess if I didn’t stop him. We didn’t need that kind of war right now. Memories flashed before my eyes. They’d come in hard and heavy. I’d been caught off guard. I had hoped to try and hold them off until Dylan could get back, but I don’t think I managed to do that.
Dylan wasn’t here. He’d likely gone after the tiger princess. Was Patara alive? Was Ethan alive?
“Where’s Patara? Ethan?” I groaned. “Where’s Dylan?”
“Don’t move—”
“Answer me!”
“You’re too injured—”
I grabbed the woman, “Answer me.”
She hesitated but sighed. “Dylan’s human is missing. The child is here with us.”
“And Dylan? We need to get to him or there’s going to be war and they had shifter weaponry,” I growled. “They reeked of humans.”
