Exaggerated Truths
Clearing his throat loudly and dramatically, the older man spoke again, "There are whispers in the werewolf nation. A tribe has strengthened themselves significantly over the last few weeks. They have joined with at least two other mid-size clans, merging to create an even larger one. They might be doing this, as a counter offense to your plans to unite all werewolf tribes under Silver Moon."
Taiga sighed. It was not surprising to him. For he would've done that too, if he was in a leading position of a smaller tribe. Actually, he was already doing it.
"Which tribe is this?" he asked, while not expressing any outward signs of shock.
"It is the New Moon tribe."
After the name of the offending clan in question, rolled off the tongue of his nervous advisor, a moment of silence elapsed upon the room. The older man was waiting anxiously for the Alpha to provide a response, as the young man was always quick to reply.
