"Take all these H beams outside!" Virtya ordered the workers expressionlessly. All the twenty workers helped each other to carry the heavy H beam steel one at a time as they took them to the allocated site. One should know that a makeshift wooden bridge that didn't have a railing was constructed over the river just 10 metres behind the waterfall, Virtya was going to use this dangerous bridge to transport other components to the Western side of the river. The other thing that was constructed before were the very dangerous ladders that the workers would be using to descend downwards on the steep sided gorge of the waterfall. This steep sided gorge and the overhang were compromised of a hard rock.

Furthermore, there was a huge gap under the overhang where the powerful flowing water of the waterfall could not reach because of the protruding cliff which makes the falling water to miss the undercutting under the overhang. Unlike the overhang, this undercutting was made of a softer rock that has made it prone to erosion by the abrasive rocks in of the plunge pool. However, this undercutting would made it possible for Virtya to ignore the waterfall and move behind it so that he could build the horizontal supports for the axle of the steel turbine blades.

Virtya placed his arm around his sister's shoulders and the cohort followed the workers who were carring the H beams towards the bank of the waterfall.

When one stood at the bank of the waterfall and took a peek at where the plunge pool was, they would feel a headache coming in and the disturbingly persisting desire to jump into the waterfall.

Bang!

The workers dropped the H beams on to the ground and when they wanted to go back so that they could carry other H beams to this place, Virtya stopped them. The assassin who was among these workers stared at Virtya closely with empty unreadable expression while feigning tiredness. However, no one discovered a thing from him.

"Firstly, I want you guys to fetch those tools!" Virtya ordered and then all the workers run to the warehouse to get the tools, afterwards, Virtya turned to Osip who had been silent all the way.

"Search for another 40 energetic workers, it seems that this is not going to be easy as I thought." Virtya said as he stomped on the ground which was muddy and rocky. Virtya had thought that the ground would be easy to dig into it because it was muddy but when he took a peek at the steep sided gorge of the waterfall, he found out that the layers of the floor of the rift valley were made of hard rocks. This might explain why this whole place was marshy because of the domination of the impermeable rocks of the ground which didn't allow the water to sink into the ground. This made the piled up soil that had been transported onto this hard rock due to erosion to hold too much moisture which made the ground muddy, if not for the presence of Salto river that usually drained the water from this marshy place, Virtya didn't knew how this place would have looked like.

Within moments, the workers had come back with the needed tools and also Osip had come back with the required number of workers.

"Well... All of you should know what you came here to do. I don't want to see you to slacking off because I want this mechanism to be installed here by today. I will not go anywhere until I see that this thing is working. Do you understand?" Virtya asked as he glared at the (sixty) workers.

"We understand your order, your majesty." The workers beat their chests and hollered with their heads low.

Virtya paused for a moment and walked towards the workers and glanced at each of their faces until his gaze stopped on the man who was an assassin sent by the kingdom of Magyo.

The assassin didn't show any reaction as he maintained his tired innocent look.

Virtya nodded towards him and then swept his glance at the rest of the workers before he said,

"Osip, divide them into two groups and I want each one of you to take their own mattock because we are going to dig a hole into the rocky ground."
