The Guild master, Hugh greyhound

Nine stood in his position observing the working man, he felt pressured, like he was in a job interview, the man did not have his time for a moment and kept on working and just like that and hour passed.

The door open up again and Marilyn was shocked to see Nine standing in his same position, and the master ignoring him, a vein popped up on her heard as she carried her small figure and stomped the master working desk, the man jerked off scattering documents everywhere.

"What's wrong Marilyn!" The man held his chest looking shocked and afraid, "I am in the middle of work, we would play later" He said.

"Shut up!" Marilyn slightly blush at the remark and Nine made as if he never head what was just said, Marilyn briefly glance back and turn to the master, "Have you forgotten you had to meet with someone, the beast man?" She informed, the master came to realization.

"Oh, is he still waiting, ask him to come in" Said the master, not taking the time to lift up his head, Nine mood turn bad, he wondered how thin his presence could be for him to not be remarked, no, he remembered clearly the gaze send by others to his appearance, the problem wasn't him, but this man.

"Idiot, he has been standing her for an hour already!" It was only after Marilyn said that, the man lifted his head, his purple eyes caught Nine off guard as a sea swept on him and he saw what look like a dark realm of darkness.

"You can see it?" This wasn't the same voice as usual, that nonchalant way of talking had vanished and replace with an imposing one, Marilyn left the room after arranging the documents on the floor and organizing everything, she bowed and left the room.

"Have a seat" Offered the man, Nine nodded, he sat down, gosh, it has been long he felt a comfy seat, his ass who had turn hard dew to sitting on hard surfaces kissed the cushion.

He turn towards the master desk, but he wasn't missing, his gaze immediately shifted to the sofa Infront of him, the master was filling two cups of tea, gave one to Nine and took the other.

"You don't really look that surprised " He grin, seeing Nine's unperturbed expression, Nine took the tea and stared at the clear brown colour, he took a sip and felt refreshed, "I have once faced a creature who had such ability " Said Nine.

"Ohh, you mean a shifter?" Asked the master, Nine tilted his head, 'shifter... What was that?' his expression hard, the master cleared his throat and stood up, he went to the library and brought out a large book with some news papers dating of a long time.

"Where are my manners, I did not present myself, my name is Hugh greyhound, I am from the mage class" Said Hugh sitting down.

Nine glance at the book and his emotions went to turmoil, his gaze did not leave the book.

A book detailing this world, he looked at Hugh who gave his approval, Nine immediately took the book and open it up.

Data and information flew out in the form of a panel source, as numerous holographic images and screen showed up, the world was being documented in this book, this amazed Nine as amidst the flow of information, he glance at Hugh who smiled back.

"The world layers, our world is special, and has numerous mysteries to uncover, Mr. Nine, your a rare case" Said Hugh, Nine reading the information stopped and looked at him.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"Someone who go through the other side, can't come back, but you are back, in a sense, your a mystery, the only outcome to this is that, you might be a residence of one of the realms, so which one are you, purple, green or beyond?" He asked, a little excited, Nine frowned at what he said, because, he did not understand what he said, after contemplating for a moment, a thought appeared in his mind.

"If I say I am from re.." Nine was immediately cut off speech by Hugh.

"That's unlikely " He said, Nine gave him the questionable look, "it's because devils can't intrude beyond their worlds" He said, looking down at the book and selecting information randomly, Nine closed his eyes for a moment.

That thing has nothing to do with him, he would take care of what he had to do here and leave the town anyway, what did it matter if a so called existence who wasn't supposed to be here would or might cause a massacre.

"I don't know much, I was born and surly disposed off in the boundary of the purple zone by my parents, looked like I wasn't desired, surly my fate wasn't to die there since I am still alive" Nine honestly told him what happened, Hugh was surprised by this man's adventure.

"It wasn't easy kid..." Said Hugh, his view of this stranger slightly improved, "first, let me tell you, people like you aren't common, it has been long we haven't seen an original specie" Said Hugh.

"What do you mean?" Asked Nine, he saw Hugh pointing at his tail, "what's with my tail?" Asked Nine.

"Only the original exist, after the war that changed the world ended, peace came, so, inter wars had stopped, and the came together, so eventually you should guess what happened " He took a sip of his tea, and continued, "blood and descendance mixed up together, new forms of hybrids saw the world, and the original blood got lost, with certain characteristics, like the tails of beast man suddenly disappeared, their fangs weren't long again, and their claws weren't as sharp as knives " As he spoke, Nine gradually understood why he was being looked open, he was definitely a walking history of the past, so why was he disposed of.

"You weren't, you were brought down here"

Nine looked around, what was that voice, Hugh stared at him, "any problem?" He asked.

"Didn't you hear that voice?" Asked Nine.

"What voice?" Asked back Hugh, Nine silently stared at him, and Hugh did same.

"Nevermind, please, can you help me, in exchange, I can give you this..." Nine kept down different types of crystals he obtain from monsters and some he picked on dirt monster corpse, he remembered in the books he usually read in his former world, this things were usually valuable, and he was right, Hugh eyes widen in shock seeing the monster cores on the table.

"Monster core?!" He stood up and came closer to pick them up, observing the cores, his expression turn serious, "this are definitely rare cores of monsters, especially this two" He said as he picked the core if the horn snake and giant bird.

"This is a young female Avian core, and a black horn snake" Said Hugh.

Wait? That bird was young? Seriously?! Nine's mind was in confusion at the remark.

"Note that this two existence can grow and turn to 10 and 11 class threat " Said Nine in amazement as he sat down and breathed out, "I would keep the bird's core, keep the rest, especially the horn snake, you might use it in the near future" said Hugh.

"...okay" Nine answered, but wondered what he mean by that, Hugh stood up and open the door, Nine came out and stopped.

"Wait, this isn't the hall" Said Nine in surprise, he was already prepared to fight any trap place, "Relax, this is the characteristics of the Avian Guild house, all equipped with an Avian core, we can warp from room to room at a simple thought, but only those working and members of the guild can use this ability and still some areas are restricted " Said Hugh, which Nine nodded in understanding.

"Ah haha, just imagine, someone with a perverted mind happened to have this power, they can open a door to the women's bath room" Said Hugh as he laughed, Nine halted on his steps.

"Like what your doing now..." Hugh look down and saw a group of women eyeing them wickedly, and Marilyn as usual undressing to take a bath was there.

Both men amazed by the size of her chest and question how a small body like that can carry such man destructive weapons.

"If I tell you, I can explain, would you guys listen to me?" Asked the Pale Hugh, Nine taking a step back.

"No" Her quiet response send shiver into Hugh's spine, he swallowed hard, yep he was strong as a guild master, but as a man, he wasn't really the best to go after, that's what all the women working in the guild thought.
