First disciple

Chapter one

A young man stood tall giving off a feeling of nobility as he glanced around with curious eyes. He had shaggy blonde hair and blue eyes. The young man glanced at Kai.

Kai couldn't help but gulp when he saw this man because he knew he was definitely a cultivator by the feeling he gave off but he also felt this young man had some kind of noble background also.

Kai looked at the mana status.

Kai looked at the option and was surprised he was given the auction to accept as disciple sense usually the other party needed to accept first but he guessed it had to do with the summon card.

"Yes"

A blue light surrounded Ryan and Kai before vanishing.

Ryan walked up to Kai and bowed

"Master, I'm thankfully the heavens has bestowed upon me a worthy goal. "

Kai guessed Ryan probably thought him being here had to do with the heavens. It was a good excuses for him so he let it go.

"No need for such things with me, as your master I promise to take care of you in the future but for now I'll need to rely on you. "

"Of course you can always rely on me master."

"Ok, I can't give you anything yet sense I'm poor for the moment but I'll gift something to you in the future. "

"As long as master is happy, I am satisfied."

"Ok, also about your background, I don't care about it, as long as you want to stay here no one can force my disciples to leave."

"Thank you, Master!"

"Alright I'm getting hungry and its dangerous to hunt outside my territory sense I'm so weak, so I'll need your help."

"Of course, I'll help master, as long as the beast isn't in the spiritual qi realm, I can kill it."

"Haha good, let's go."

Kai and Ryan left the barrier of his territory and they immediately stepped into the surrounding forest to try and find things to hunt.

Ryan told Kai about some of the dangers of the wild like how some waters were infested by flesh eating parasites and how some treasures that looked easy to grab were just bait set by higher intelligent beast.

Kai realized how dangerous this new world was and he needed to remember this wasn't one of those novels and he wasn't a protagonist.

after ten minutes of walking around and Ryan teaching Kai some things they finally ran into a Giant Rhino that was only Qi realm six and Ryan took it out with just his iron sword which he brought when he ran away.

Kai asked Ryan about his techniques, but Ryan said that he hadn't learned much from his time as a prince.

The Giant Rhino was pretty easy to kill for Ryan and they finally had meat to eat.

Kai set up a fire and took some slabs of meat from his inventory.

As Kai was eating he decided to check the trade center.

The trade center didn't have much except a lot of people were willing to trade some things for food making him surprised so he checked the global chat.

"Smh, does anyone have food I'm going hungry."

"Can anyone donate some food I'll give you something special :)"

"Fuck I can't even leave my territory because big beast start attacking me like crazy."

"Haha, I got a high-level beast as a pet and I'm already eating good."

"Daddy above can you give me some?"

Kai couldn't help but realize that some people who had a lower start were actually going hungry sense they couldn't hunt beast that had qi.

Kai smiled as he thought of a good business opportunity.

"I need materials and money to start up my sect so I should see if anyone is willing."

"Hmm, I also need to choose a sect name first."

"Alright its official I'm naming it, The Annihilation Sect "

"Haha so domineering it will defiantly attract enemies, but I will lay low for a bit first plus the one-year grace period."

Kai took out some meat and put it up for trade.

Kai wasn't in need of anything specific, but he did want to go get a disciple for his new sect. He wasn't given any reward for accepting Ryan as his disciple which he assumed was because the summon card did half the work for him.

Kai checked the global chat again.

"Is anyone willing to let me join them, I can give some attribute gems."

"I'm so hungry but I can't leave my territory because of the beast outside."

"I have a Blue messenger hawk if anyone can trade me a blue jade herb"

"Oh my gosh look someone is trading food in the trade center!"

"What the hell this guy already has so much food?"

"He must be another person with a strong occupation."

"Haha just got some meat and only traded some oak wood."

"Same just traded with Ruby Fire corn seeds."

"What the hell save some for me!"

Kai looked at the chat go wild and couldn't help but thank Ryan in his heart and promise to reward him later.

Kai checked his new items he got from some of the trades.

He got a lot of stone and special types of woods he was planning to use to help make his Sect look nice since it was only moldy wood and dry dirt at the moment.

"Hmm, what this?"

[Ruby Fire Corn Seed] - A level one spiritual food that can be grown and eaten to help low level Qi users progress and can used to nourish the living.

"Nice, I didn't suspect someone would be willing to give fifty of these just for meat, I honestly feel like this is better, but that person must be some kind of meat lover."

"That or he has more of these seeds, after all there is defiantly an herb grower or farmer occupation."
