Chapter 5: Natasha Isn't a Hoe

(Author's POV)

Outside of the world of Fallout, a very large shitstorm is brewing up over this game and has attracted national attention and even other countries have been slowly getting included in the storm.

In the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division also known as S.H.I.E.L.D. for short, there is a scuffle going on between a black man in a black trench coat with an eyepatch over one of his eyes and a handful of older gentlemen on a projection screen. You may know the black man with the eye patch as 'Nick Fury' the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. currently and the men on the projection are politicians from the top countries in the world which makes the 'World Security Council' a thing. People started playing and encountering different species that were mutated and encountering different people from this 'game'. The world government is currently discussing with Nick Fury how to deal with this game and what should be done and how they should start deeply exploring it.

Nick Fury is in a dilemma as the WSC wants to hide this game from the public and figure out who made this game but still wants to monopolize the research from this game to control the advanced technology and the mutated creatures for further study.

Nick Fury managed to let the council let him bring one of his top agents into this game to test the safety of this game, collect technology, and communicate with the humans of this world to get a basis on their intelligence. This was a struggle to manage as the government can't let this advanced tech get into each other's hands as even though they are currently allies, they are all greedy for power and won't let others get power above yours but try to get that power into your own hands.

Nick Fury has been the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. for a long time and certainly understands the true thoughts of these disgusting politicians and wants to keep these weapons away from their hands as long as possible as who knows what will happen when one country gains power that can bring their technological level a hundred years beyond the rest of the world.

The different countries all over the world have already gained some technology from the game and have started a private study of this tech and trying to make these on a large scale.

The governments have encountered a large problem with this research and can never make the robots or different technology run at all or for a very short time. It is what you might be thinking, Nuclear Fusion energy is missing and without this, they will never get these machines to work for a long time or even at all with this world's current energy batteries.

Nick Fury won't lie to himself and he is also very greedy from this technology as it can bring his S.H.I.E.L.D. to the next level and can encourage more people with powers to join his future Avengers program that he has been working on since the mid-90s when he encountered the very powerful alien races and encountered an extremely dangerous woman, Carol.

Nick quickly went through his files looking for which top agent is within the qualifications and who is available and not on a mission of importance. He saw a file with a name on it 'Natasha Romanov' and decides to send her on this mission to explore the 'Wasteland' as the people in the 'game' call it.

Nick Fury quickly sends a call and within 5 minutes Natasha is knocking on Nick's office door with a lazy expression on her face as she has long gotten used to Nick calling her in on such short notice. Nick tells her to come in and gives her the details on the mission and that she should eat a big meal as she will be in the game for a while and won't have the opportunity to eat for a good while.

Natasha accepts this mission even though it wasn't a mission that she could refuse and went down to the basement of the Heli carrier to enter a lab filled with people in lab coats with a S.H.I.E.L.D. logo on the right chest area. When they see Natasha they will nod at her respectfully as she is a higher level agent than those little scientists on board.

Natasha ignored them and walked into the chair set towards the back of the room and leaned back on it as it was quite comfortable. The scientists quickly got to work and plugged her up into a nutrient tank and had her set up on other medical equipment to ensure her safety after going in.

When Natasha clicked on the fallout icon on the computer it quickly popped up with the username screen and she typed in 'Black Widow' and clicked play.

When Natasha woke up in the game she was greeted with a surprise as the clothes her body are wearing were very little and only had 2 pieces of tape covering each of her breasts. She quickly took a look around and found a robot moving around on one wheel and its torso is similar to a square. What she almost immediately noticed was that there was a screen in the middle of that cube with a cowboy face presented and under that screen was a speaker hole that seemed to be greeting customers that walked into the area.

Natasha was already very uncomfortable with this little amount of clothing when someone came up to her with a jar filled with what seems to be bottle caps from a brand similar to Coca-Cola in her world but it is called Nuka-Cola here.

She looks at the man who was looking at her like a tool with that jar of caps in his hand and she had a decent idea of what he wanted. The man wore a suit in a black&white checker pattern, his hair was slicked back with a little split by the forehead, his head was shaped similar to a rectangle, and he looked very arrogant of himself like he conquered the world.

Natasha knew this guy was trouble but to gain information about the area she kept a calm smile and asked what he was here for. the man chuckled a bit and said "haha baby don't you know who I am? The names Benny and you little lady are of fine taste to someone like me. Why don't you come on down back to my place in the New Vegas Strip and we can settle down? If you do these 200 caps are just for you baby and if you don't... well let's say your little career is ending a little early out here in the Mojave".
