CHAPTER 6

Kishore who lived in that Shiva temple all the witches take him to the cave. Standing inside the cave, he felt a profound sense of wonder and mystery enveloping him. The air was cool damp, carrying with it the earthy scent of ancient stone and damp soil. Dim light filtered in from the cave's entrance, casting eerie shadows on the rocky walls that seemed to hold secrets untold.

The cave's interior was a world of its own, a realm where time felt suspended. Stalactites hung like ancient chandeliers from the ceiling, glistening with moisture, while stalagmites rose from the ground like silent sentinels guarding the depths.

As he ventured deeper into the cavern, the sounds of dripping water echoed softly, creating an eerie, haunting melody. The ground was uneven beneath his feet, a mosaic of smooth stones and rough, uneven terrain. He ran his fingers along the cool, textured surface of the cave wall, feeling the history etched into its very bones.

In the distance, he could hear the faint trickling of an underground stream, a reminder that even in this subterranean world, life persisted. The cave held a sense of solitude and serenity, a sanctuary where he could lose himself in the ancient, natural beauty that had been carved by the passage of time.

Standing inside the cave, he was both humbled and awed by the raw power and timeless beauty of the natural world, and he couldn't help but marvel at the hidden wonders that lay beneath the surface of the earth.

Kishore says "It's a very nice place here, you guys have fed me tasty food now my stomach is very much full". The witches say "Now remove your shirt".

Kishore replies "What are you guys talking about?  Do you guys have no shame?". The witches reply again "Remove your shirt".

Kishore says "Okay" thinking it might be for the treatment and removes his shirt as he is very shy.

The witches say "Remove your pants".

Kishore demeanor changed noticeably as shyness crept over him like a gentle wave. His fingers absently playing with a loose thread or his own clothing, as if seeking a distraction from the spotlight of attention.

The once expressive gestures of his hands and body language seemed to freeze, replaced by a guarded posture as if he were trying to shield himself from vulnerability.

Kishore says "I'm still Virgin, now I can't remove the pants". The witches reply "Remove the pants". Kishore agrees and says"Okay I'll remove the pants but you guys should not say to anyone that I removed pants in front of you guys and look after surroundings that no one should see me, okay?" Kishore removes his pants with shyness.

The witches ask him to sleep, and Kishore sleeps silently on the rock which is covered with banana leaves by smiling.

The witches start to tie him through the rope. Kishore asks "What are you guys doing? Why are you guys tying me? You guys are so wild haa?". and he silently allows them to tie him up.

The witches say "Good night" to Kishore and they go back by holding candles in their hands.

Kishore asks "Where are you guys going? why did you guys tie me up and leave soon? Kishore keeps on asking them but the witches go back.

The main witch comes with five to six people near Kishore.

Kishore looks into them and says "What brother, What are you guys up to?".

The main Witch holds the thickest rope and starts to beat on the surface.

Kishore thinks that maybe The main witch is going to beat him, for the ladies witch he treated before and starts to apologize to him. But the main witch beats once with the thick rope to Kishore.

Arjun will be in the meat market with the lodge worker.

Visually, the meat stall was an exhibition of abundance and artistry. Whole chickens, suspended from sturdy meat hooks, seemed to exude golden promises, while piles of marinated meat in brilliant shades of red and orange beckoned like jewels awaiting discovery.

The meat stall was a stage where butchers and chefs showcased their skills with grace and precision. The rhythmic thud of cleavers and the scrape of knives against wooden boards blended with the gentle hum of conversations between vendors and customers, creating a harmonious symphony of craftmanship and camaraderie.

But this stall was more than a marketplace; it was a social hub. Families huddled together, their voices composing a lively chorus of meal planning and culinary excitement. Friends leaned in closer, their animated discussions filling the air with stories, laughter, and shared moments.

From afar Arjun hears a voice calling "Hey catch that".

As the chickens' squawks and clucks filled the air, a lively conversation echoed their excitement and perhaps their surprise at the newfound sensation of flight. It was a momentary escape from the confines of the earth, a glimpse into a world where they could defy gravity and taste the boundless freedom of the sky.

As quickly as it had begun, the aerial display came to an end. The chickens gradually descended, their wings slowing to a gentle glide, and they settled back on the familiar ground. With a final flurry of feathers, they resumed their terrestrial existence, their brief adventure in the heavens now a memory etched in the sky.

That will be the lady where Arjun meets her in the lodge, A lady screams "Catch that chicken, I'm telling you only catch that chicken"

Arjun says "I should catch that chicken?"

Lady replies " I don't know what you will do but I need that chicken, I love it so much".

Arjun tries to catch the chicken, As the chicken, with feathers ruffled and wings half-spread, had decided it was time for a game of evasion. Its quick, darting movements kept it just out of reach, a flurry of white and brown feathers that zigzagged through the rustic farmyard.

Arjun, a blend of determination and laughter, was in hot pursuit, outstretched like a net, reached for the elusive fowl. With each nimble step, he tried to anticipate the chicken's unpredictable maneuvers.

The scene was filled with a symphony of sounds. Arjun's laughter mingled with the clucking protests of the chicken, who seemed to find the entire situation a grand amusement.

The farmyard dogs barked in excitement, perhaps joining in on the chase.

Around them, the farmyard came alive with the energy of the chase. Dust billowed in the air, stirred up by the rapid footfalls of the man and the frenzied flapping of the chicken's wings.

Nearby, a group of amused onlookers, perhaps other farmers and children, cheered on the chase, adding a jovial backdrop of encouragement.

As the chase continued, the Arjun's determination remained unbroken. He was intent on catching hold of the mischievous chicken, who seemed equally intent on evading capture.

With each failed attempt, Arjun's laughter grew heartier, and the chicken's clucks became more indignant. The chase had come to an end as Arjun finally catches the chicken.

The lady feels very happy by seeing Arjun catches the chicken.
