Chapter 253: Come out

Cardan looked at the group message from his family group chat in annoyance.

He was planning on going on a weekend get away for the holidays with Wren. Especially with her being called back to the company to write a Christmas song.

He hadn't been able to spend that much time with her and he'd already told his father about this. And as always that old man ignored his message.

I need a shower Cardan internally said.

Rolling his eyes he stood up and made his way to the bathroom dressed in his long black night couples pajamas with red strewberries drown on them.

Wren had a similar kind as well too except her pants reached her knees. She'd seen them when they went shopping and immediately wanted them.

He took a quick shower and made his way to his office with Remy already there.

"You don't look too happy to be here" Remy started his voice filled with worry "Did something happen?"
