The Omniscient Spoon - 3

"After this conversation, you have to leave Arcus to start your journey," Deater explained and continued to drink her tea.

"I-I understand Mother..." Arcus touched his chest, he wasn't feeling sentimental instead he was excited.

He has already read the books about the laws and missions a god is given. And the first mission is to create their very own planet!

"Good, now I will give you the tools you may need to start your very own world." Deater once again created an orb on her finger and inserted the orb into Arcus's body. "That orb contains the skills and tools you need to create your world.

"Arcus, now you have to choose your very first creations. I have many essences. But I will only give you one race" Deater put Arcus back on the table, and on the table, a few creatures stood.

Essences are an energy in which a creature can be created. Normally a new god can only be given two essences.

"Humans, are widely used by many gods since their bodies can acquire over five blessings, they are smart, and can adapt easily, they can learn skills, and they also have an amazing trait when it comes to reproducing. As your mother, I think you should summon humans first rather than other creatures." Deater drank her tea as she explained to Arcus.

"Humans, then I guess humans would be a good first creation." Arcus also already thought of humans as his first creations. 

Deater is a goddess who manages millions of worlds, as such Arcus knew that following Deater's words is far better than making his own decisions. It was because Deater lived over millions of years and has expertise managing worlds.

"Good, and you don't seem to be the same as Lux." Deater smiled as she handed five small orbs to Arcus. "These small orbs are the essence, you need them to create your very first humans. I suggest you take care of only five since managing too much can be quite complicated."

Next, Deater handed two scrolls to Arcus. "That scroll is the basics, just follow how and what to do and you are set. The second scroll is to mark your territory so other gods cannot interfere with your world."

"Oh alright, mother..." Arcus bowed his head in respect for his mother. "Thank you, mother."

"Hmm, just a piece of advice don't get too close with your creations, remember Arcus you are a god they are humans, they are your creations, and their death is trivial, and I don't want to see another Lux." Deater sighed and flicked her hands.

"Once you finish packing your necessities you will be transferred into a wide area, you can set your territory there and create your world without the interference of other gods." 

"Yes, mother."

After bidding farewell, Arcus was back inside the garden. Arcus held the scroll, and the five essence orbs followed him.

"I must get ready." Arcus immediately told Matri to pack his belongings as he began to brace himself for his first-ever mission.

After finishing packing and bidding farewell, Arcus held onto one of the teleportation scrolls his mother gave him. 

"Farewell young master it was an honor to serve you." Matri bowed her head and expressed her uttermost good wishes.

"No thank you for taking care of me all this time...now that I'm away, maybe you should consider sister Tenebri's plans. I'm sure that taking care of me was your uttermost duty but now that I'm gone, I hope you can start your own life." Arcus took the suitcase from Matri's grasp.

"You should live your life as well Matri. I hope that in a few more years I come back, you and big sis already have a family of your own, She is already over 2000 years old she wants to settle down.." Arcus waved his hand and opened the scroll.

As the scroll was opened numerous halos surrounded Arcus. "Bye Matri!"

"Young master...goodbye, have a safe trip.." Matri bowed her head once more.

"I will! you as well" With one last bye Arcus was nowhere to be seen in the garden.

[We have arrived]

Arcus glanced at his surroundings, it was a small house floating in the void. "Although this is now my new home, hah no more maid as well...Well least now I have my privacy!" Arcus entered the small home and put down his belongings.

"Ok for now I have to do the first step, which is claiming this territory as mine!" Arcus held the scroll, Arcus put down the scroll on the void and immediately a blue forcefield surrounded a part of the void. "My territory is small...but as my divinity increases my territory as well!"

Divinity. It is the power of the gods, all gods are born with divinity and this allows them to access power to create life, but divinity can also be accumulated through the existence of its creations. Thus as Arcus's world would increase in population the more divinity he could accumulate!

Next arcus opened the tool selection which is now fused with his divinity Medi. 

In front of Arcus is a blue holographic screen, and on the holographic screen are five functions.

First was an eraser, second was a pencil, third was a green colored marker for plantation life, fourth was a blue colored marker for the ocean, and fifth was a white marker, the white marker can only create animal life, on water and land.

"Ok now then let us start!"

Medi became a sketch pad, and Arcus began to create the entire planet. It was a small planet, the same sheer size as Earth. It has over 7,000 islands that are primarily connected to five huge islands. 

"Hmm that's good enough" 

Next Arcus randomly created terrains, high and low, he created deep sea ridges and started to use the green marker to create life on the barren land, the green marker can also create a plantation deep within the sea. Next arcus used the white marker for animal life, and the blue marker to fill the deep waters.

[The planet is complete, the host can now add the five essences to the planet]

"Got it!" Arcus held the five orbs and began to put the orbs onto the earth. The orbs slowly, their light disappeared and three males and two females came into Arcus's view. 

The humans have been summoned. The five humans were now the first creations of Arcus.

Contrary to Arcus's expectations, the humans didn't know what to do, the five stayed still and were just looking around the surroundings.

"What's wrong with them? Why aren't they doing anything?"

[The host must guide and teach them first]

"What do you mean teach?" 

[Teach, since they are newborn creations the host must teach them the basis of survival. That way they can survive on their own]

[The host can send a message to the creations!]

Arcus sent a message to the five creations.

The five had brown clothes covering their private parts. As such Arcus didn't need to blur them to protect his precious eyes.

The five creations looked at one another and their new surroundings. Suddenly the five creations saw a blue screen in front of them.

"That will help them right?" Arcus thought.

The five creations jumped around and bowed their heads, the five creations were all bowing their heads and smiling happily.

"What the? I told them to go and cut some wood!" Arcus was confused due to the actions his creations were doing. 

[The host has forgotten that they are newborn creatures, they do not know anything. They must have thought that you were praising them or acknowledging their existence.]

"Oh right! Since they are newborn creatures, they don't know anything...But how can I teach them if they don't know what I'm saying...I need A way to communicate with them.."

The five creations were happily jumping around and looking at the holographic screen, when all of a sudden, the earth trembled. The five creations flinched as they glanced at the forest.

A troll was running in their direction. Although the five creations were dumb, their senses were telling them to run.

[A troll is spotted near the five creations]

"A troll?" Arcus glanced down at the small creations who were running away quickly. "At least they know how to run...But a troll all of a sudden? Did I even create a troll?"

[The white marker can create other species aside from animals.]

"Hmm, but what shall we do with these five? I'm not worried at all though that's strange.." Arcus watched the running creations, he wasn't at all affected by their shouts and pleas. "Is this what they call a god?"

[The creations are asking for you to save them]

[Does the host want to save them? If the host says yes, the system will possess a body to help the humans survive]

"Hmmmm this is troubling me...Why do I feel alright? If they die though would I feel guilt or something? This is getting annoying, is it because of my new life?" Arcus thought heavily of his reaction.

In his new life he didn't have to worry about anything, not only was he living a life with an omniscient spoon, but his siblings were all gods and never valued their creation's lives, as such he had also gained such a mentality.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh!" One of the female creations shouted, the female creation covered its head and cowered in fear.

Some of the male creations tried to pull the female, but they were also affected by the menacing troll.

[The creations have been stunned]

[They have been inflicted with fear]

The shout snapped Arcus out of thought. "What am I even hesitating for?" Arcus shook his head. "System immediately save them!"

[Affirmative the host chose to save the human!]
