Sinopse

(Silver Tier Winner of WPC #147 #148) *** I just got my freedom; moved away from my house and was about to have a new beginning— alas I died before even tasting the freedom, since I got hit by the renowned reincarnation specialist, truck-kun. But my luck was tremendous as I reincarnated into a new world—as expected, with my memories fully intact. That’s when I realized that the world around me looked eerily similar to the one in a game called the World of Cultivation and I am the heroine—scratch that; this body is just a random mob of this world. My hopes and dreams of living a peaceful life in this world crumbled down right in the beginning, when I learned that I’m bound to die soon from the hands of the main lead. Fret not, this world is one with cultivation. Although there’s just a few days before my uneventful death, I can do something with my cultivation and—ah, my body can’t even do cultivation now, can it? It seems like my luck wasn't that good. Instead, I’ve been riddled with numerous misfortunes. However, don’t think that I’ll give up on this precious second chance that fate bestowed upon me. My intention is to survive. And I’m willing to do anything for it! *** [Note: The artwork in my cover does not belong to me. So, I'll be taking it off if the original artist asks me to do so.] Cover edit: ZinonWonder

Chapter 1Hua Liu

Ha, how did I even end up here? It feels like yesterday when I completed high school and moved into a different home. Well, I guess it really was yesterday when I moved those stuff. Now then, why is it that I'm inside a beautifully decorated room instead of my cramped up room?

Before getting up from bed and making unnecessary moves that could potentially cost me my life, I decided that it would be better if I stay in my…this bed and try to recollect my thoughts. Let's see, I didn't have any money to call in the movers, so I had called my friends to move my stuff that my "very loving" parents dumped before the building that I had chosen to live in. And then one of my friends found my really intimate diary and I tried to grab it from her and I… died? Yea, she pushed me aside to read what's in it and the dumb idiot pushed me to the road instead of the other side. Then a truck hit me and I ended up here.

Since it was a truck that hit me, I could safely assess that I had been reincarnated into a new world. Truck-kun really has an impressive track record in sending people into other worlds! Now, considering that my memory's intact and based on my experience reading so many shoujo manga, I could safely assume that this might be a world that I am familiar with, since that's the usual trope. Although, that wouldn't necessarily help since I've read a lot of mangas and played a lot of games. However, it was worth a try.

I slowly walked towards the mirror placed in the right corner of the room and stared at my face. It was…average, if you ask me. Nothing peculiar about it. No eyes looking like pearls or milky skin or stuff like that. I had extremely normal eyes and an extremely normal complexion, which made it harder to imagine who the character was. At that point, it would've made no difference if I knew the story of this world or not.

As I was checking my face from different angles, trying desperately to find a connection with my favorite female characters, I heard footsteps rushing towards the room. I had no time to hide and assess the situation, so I jumped back into the bed and pretended to be asleep. Soon enough, a small mass of body jumped right into my sternum and rolled around painfully. As I opened my eyes to see what wicked creature caused me pain, I saw it! A blue eyed, smooth skinned boy smiling innocently at me. The kid was cute! I had never previously seen such a blessed existence in my entire life.

"Big sister! You are awake!" The kid joyfully hugged me and then got back up. "Mom! Dad! Big sister's awake!" He shouted. I tried to make him stop, however the kid had already screamed it out.

Since, kids don't lie, I decided to make use of this kid to extract information about this place and my identity. The kid called in his…our parents, so I had to make it quick. "Kid, what's my name?" My idiot brain asked in a hurry. I forgot to ease into the conversation.

"Eh, what's big sister talking about? Mom, dad! Big sister forgot her name!" The kid shouted yet again and before I could stop him, two people ran into the room.

"Hua! What happened? Your brother is just kidding, right? Or maybe it's the fall. Do you have a fever or something? Is everything fine?" The man asked frantically as he took my temperature and observed me with a worried expression. Since his tone of speech is kind and familial towards me, I guessed it probably was my father.

I could do nothing but sigh at this point. Instead of a covert operation, I ended up exposing my lack of information at the very first point in this unknown world. However, I got one key piece of information. My name is Hua. I know about thirteen Hua's from thirteen different novels and games, so now I had to pinpoint to one. Since everything was out in the open, I went along with the flow. "Yes. It seems like I lost my memories." I answered in a grave tone to set the mood of the scene.

And as expected, one by one the domino fell and they started crying like crazy—especially the father. His eyes looked dried up and even then he managed to cry a sea of tears. "My precious daughter! I never should've let you ride the horse. Then you never would've fell down and injured your head!" He squealed.

His words got me into thinking about where the real Hua's soul went. However, since that wasn't the major concern, I got myself back into the conversation. "Who am I?" I asked.

The old man didn't stop crying when I asked that. Instead of him, it was the mother that answered me. "You're Hua Liu of the Blue Moon sect, our precious daughter."

Oh no! Of all the Hua's I knew, there's just one Hua Liu of the Blue Moon sect and that was a disposable evil sidekick, who's only job was to harass the heroine of the famous game, World of Cultivation. I'm not a heroine; not the main villainess; instead I'm a random character that nobody cared about. And on top of that, to make things even worse, I believe I had a rare condition which doesn't allow me to hold much qi in my body. To sum it up, I had a weak body that I couldn't cultivate, which was supposed to be the main premise and focal point of the game.

I had a lot to think about at that point, so instead of asking further questions, I faked a headache and asked my family to move out. They were reluctant to do so. However, upon further persuasion, they left the room. At first, I thought of writing my game knowledge into a book, which usually wasn't a good idea since there could be other trans-migrators in this world like me. And the game knowledge is the only thing I had over them. So, I decided to roughly sum it up inside my brain.

Hua Liu; since I looked into the mirror, I had a rough idea about my age—which was in between thirteen to sixteen. Anyway, the first and only major scene that she appears in is when the villainess sent her to the heroine Qiu Si, to mock her appearance before everyone in the academy during the graduation ceremony. At that time, the heroine's age was fifteen. So, that's the time-frame that I jumped into. I don't know whether the ridiculing is done or not, but that event's one of the most important events in chapter one of the game because that's when the Hero Zhangsun Shan steps in to save her face. Not only did he save her face, but also landed a straight punch towards Hua Liu's face, which disfigured her face for the longest time.

Anyway, two years after that event the Blood Moon sect, under whom the Blue Moon sect were, attacked the main characters sect, the Taiyi sect, leaving four people alive. These four then went on a path of retribution, gathering strong comrades, and finally raised their fangs against the Blood Moon sect and eventually defeated them.

Nowhere did they mention Hua Liu's name after chapter one. However, there was a seventeen year guy named Ao Liu, who was the right-hand man of the main villain. There was a scene when Zhangsun Shan went berserk and killed Ao Liu and even his family and servants as a form of revenge towards the main villain. It was not just Ao's family, Zhangsun Shan killed almost the entirety of Blood Moon's subsidiaries almost single-handedly before Qi Si managed to stop his rampage.

From this, one thing was obvious. Ao Liu is my cute brother that rolled on my bed just moments before. He will die; my parents will die and most importantly, I will die. We are all fated to doom as long as we are the Blue Moon sect. If my guess is correct, the Taiyi sect will fall in two years and the four main characters will come for revenge in seven years. And when that time comes, all I can do is to watch my cute brother die before me.

Wait! That's not the only way for me to doom though! This body doesn't have enough Qi and had to live by consuming Qi pills every other day or so. That means there is a chance that I wasn't involved in the aforementioned family that Zhangsun Shan killed, because I might've been dead by then! Hell, I could die even from the punch that he gave in chapter one.

That might be the case, but I can't give up just like that! I had played this game for about eight years until the end of game one. I have all… well, most of the information stored in my brain. With that, I have to make sure to not die. Since, my life will always be the biggest priority of mine! I could also save my family…. BUT I COME FIRST!

Mated To The Cruel Prince

[Matured Content] Saving an injured Fae in the forest had not been Islinda's plan, and worse, he turns out to be royalty, Prince Valerie of the summer court, heir and crown prince to the throne of Astaria. Islinda and the prince were worlds apart but that didn't stop them from falling in love.  Unfortunately, Prince Valerie couldn't stay in the human realm forever and had to return to his kingdom with a promise to come back for her. And she believed him.  But then, the other one comes instead.  Dark, broody, ruthless yet dangerously handsome, everyone feared Prince Aldric. Even as a fierce warrior and son to the king of Astaria, Aldric is denied his right to the throne and cursed never to take his place because of his dark heritage.  Twisted from the inside and starved of affection, Prince Aldric does what he is best at, causing misery. He captured  Islinda - the woman who has drawn his brother's attention. He stole her from her home for his cruel purpose. If he couldn't have the throne, he could at least play around with his brother's love interest. His new prize.  Islinda hated him. Loathed him for taking away everything that she could have had with the summer prince. He's the villain. Now she has been dragged into the middle of the dirty politics played in the courts of Astaria, not to mention surviving the cold games played by the prince.  But all hope wasn't lost because the cruel prince could tempt her all he wants but he was never going to get the one thing he wants the most. To be loved. He would never have her heart!  Or could he?  ________ "What can you offer me, little human," He grinned, slow and cruel. She would make such a wonderful plaything.  "Please," She begged him, tears now gathering in her eyes, "Just let me go."  "Fine," He shrugged as if it was an easy request, "You can go."  "W-what?" She croaked, finding it hard to believe.  "Little human, you would find out my mind changes very easily." Those words sounded merciful yet she could sense the threat beneath.  But did he really mean?  Islinda didn't sit around to find out as she broke into a sprint. If there was even the slightest chance of him changing his mind, then she would take it. She would not give up hope yet.  She didn't know why but Islinda spared a look over her shoulder after a while and the blood drained from her face at what she saw coming.  Oh no, she just made a terrible mistake.  This was never freedom.  It was a hunt.  And she just became the prey.  _________ Note: This is a dark fantasy book and the male lead is a villain, so don't expect fluffy romance. What to expect? Death, gore, thick sexual tension, and explicit scenes. Also, it is not reverse harem. Gift magic castle = 5 bonus chapters! Come, let us have a wild hunt!

The Fate Of The World Is In My Hands, But All I Want To Do Is Eat!

'Kill monsters, eat meat' 'I mean, Kill monsters, save lives. Got it.' 'Tut, I could've sworn that the first one sounded better.' She wasn't a girl looking for freedom or self-righteous liberation by a hero, or whatever shit a girl who suffered for almost all her life would crave. -the shit of a life she was living was horrible, but it was bearable, and so she got used to it. Rather, instead of freedom, what this little missy wanted was money. Lots and lots of them so she never has to worry about the next day. Money - bountiful enough that when she has to spend, she doesn't need to look back or calculate her assets to see how much she has left. Money - bountiful enough to get all the fried chicken she could ever dream of. Yeah, you heard it, fried chicken. For those who did not have money to spare leisurely, getting fried chicken was like a pipe dream to them and she had been one of those unfortunate souls. A comfortable roof above her head and no worries as to when she would get ordered around to steal. No worries about when she would get her next meal-- That was her liberation. And she got it. Just that, she got it most absurdly. Awakened! Those were the people ruling the world, alongside beastly and deadly monsters who threatened the safety of average human beings. And those awakened call the shots. Alice never dreamed she would one day be awakened, and compared to others with their game-like system displaying their attributes and strength; she had a full-grown man whom only she could hear, watching her back at every turn and telling her what to do. He was kinda a pain in the ass but she couldn't complain. It was this gift he had bestowed on her that made her the most powerful Awakened there was with stats that even S-class awakeneds couldn't compare to. She was the boss, now. Mwa-hahahahaha. But life didn't go as easy and leisurely as she planned. With great power comes great responsibility, right? Well, in her case with great power comes great hunger. She couldn't go a moment without getting hungry and her stomach had become a bottomless pit. And to get food, she needed money, and to get money, she had to hunt monsters. The monsters plagued humanity, causing catastrophes and taking lives mercilessly. Those monsters, as scary as they may be, were her target and she had to face them head-on. The bigger the monsters the more money she would gain. Yeah, that was the plan, but... This guy acting as her system seemed to have other plans, putting her at the forefront of 'justice' and having her clean the mess he somewhat created. 'Ugh, I can already sense a shadow of foreboding. Someone, please tell me I'm not acting the main character role. I just want to eat, okay?'

Heidi had said too much, and she regretted it. Would he let her go free? Gulping, she warned him, "What you're doing could be considered harassment, milord." "I wouldn’t. I’d call it persuasion.” He took another step towards her, his frame towering over her. "I believe the dictionary in your library would disagree with you, milord." She retreated another step back, shrinking away, hoping he would give up. “I keep the good one in my room. You can come to see for yourself if you don’t believe me.” Her back struck the wall behind her. "You haven’t answered my question, Heidi." The Lord was too persistent, Heidi cursed to herself. Defy The Alpha(s)

Two centuries after the Great War, peace between humans and werewolves was finally achieved, or so everyone believes. Werewolves reign like gods, and humans remain blissfully unaware of their true place in the new world order. To maintain this fragile balance, each year, a handful of "lucky" humans are selected from various districts to attend Lunaris Academy, a prestigious institution that promises glory, status, and a chance to mingle with the elite. Those chosen are hailed as the lucky few, destined to marry powerful alphas and rise as luna. This year, Violet Purple is among the chosen, much to everyone's surprise. For an orphaned girl adopted by a disgraced prostitute, this is a golden ticket to a better life or so she's told. But Lunaris Academy isn’t the paradise it’s painted to be. Everything Violet and her fellow humans have been taught is a lie. Humans are far from equal; they're pawns in a much larger game. The academy is nothing but a gilded cage, and the students are lambs led to slaughter, playthings for the alphas to toy with in their ruthless games. To make matters worse, Violet catches the attention of the most dangerous players in this game, the Terror Four: the Alpha of the North, Alpha of the South, Alpha of the East, and Alpha of the West. Each one is more dangerous, more twisted, and more powerful than the last. But even among themselves, the alphas are divided, each with their own deadly ambitions. Yet, they all have their eyes on her. They expect Violet to play along, to fall in line like the others who worship at their feet, to break under their games. But Violet isn’t like the others. She refuses to bow. She’ll defy them all. *********** With a grin that made her uneasy, he handed the application to her. “Approve this one.” Principal Jameson’s curiosity got the better of her as she took the paper from him, her eyes scanning the text. Almost immediately, her breath caught in her throat, her eyes widening in disbelief. “What the...?” “It’s perfect, isn’t it?” Asher’s voice was almost gleeful. Fucking psychopath! Jameson could hardly believe what she was reading. “Mr. Nightshade, with all due respect, this applicant….this girl just admitted to—” She couldn’t even finish the sentence, still horrified at the explicit nature of the application. Taking a deep breath, she continued, “I’m sorry, but I cannot approve this.” “She’s issued me a challenge,” Archer said, a dark gleam in his eyes. “What?” “‘Wait till you see me in bed,’” he repeated the bold line from the application, his grin widening. “And I can’t wait to find out.” “Mr. Nightshade—” He stood up, cutting off her protest as he fixed her with an intense stare. “Approve the application. I won’t ask again.” Without waiting for her response, Asher strode out of the office, confident she would follow his orders. He always got what he wanted. Archer Nightshade walked down the hall, a spring in his step. For the first time in a long while, he felt alive, his blood pulsing with excitement. The other Cardinal Alphas had no idea what he was up to, but it would soon hit them. He’d just set the game in motion. And the target was Violet Purple. It was game on. Note : This is not your average werewolf story. Eveything you think you know about werewolves would be challenged in this book. And yes, it is reverse harem. Do give the book a try.
