CHAPTER 24

He could now see a shadow version of the dagger and sword which confirmed his suspicion. He knew it was an ability but didn't know how to use it.

He went around picking as many weapons as he could holding three each in both of his hands for five seconds. He closed his eyes and could see a shadow version of the weapons he just picked up making it a total of eight weapons.

He continued picking as many weapons as he could, he even activated his shadow control ability to pick up as many weapons as he could. He did this for thirty minutes and by the time he was tired, he had picked up to one hundred and seventy weapons. "This should be enough for a while" Cisco said to himself.

Cisco became very happy after he saw this message. Even though he didn't do much work, at least, his work had paid off.

Cisco's shadow started wiggling until it created a small circle beneath him. He placed his hand into the circle but couldn't feel anything. "But I thought it was by holding weapons" Cisco said with his hand still inside the shadow circle. "I just hope I pull out at least a dagger" he said removing his hand from the circle and suddenly he felt as if he was holding on to a small dagger and then he pulled it out.

A small dagger made out of shadows could now be seen in Cisco's hand. "Oh so it works on my thought" Cisco said. Having realized this, he deactivated the ability as the shadow dagger faded away.

He put his hand inside the shadow circle but nothing happened so he thought about a sword instead and he felt as if he was grasping unto a sword. "I think it's a onetime thing" he said as he deactivated the ability and happily skipped out of the hall.

The next day, after classes Frida went to the school garden. She spent the rest of her day there talking to the plants. Any one passing by would think that she was a mad person but that was not so.

Plant and flowers were regarded as living things because they had all the characteristics of a living thing but science wasn't yet able to talk to them. But with her ability, Frida was able to talk to the plants as if she was talking to normal human beings.

During the first one week of getting into the school, she always passed by the garden and hear the flowers complaining about the weeds, so today, she thought that she would be able to resolve the conflict between the flowers and the weeds.
