Chapter 22

We arrived some hours ago and had a chat with the elders of the camp.

I needed to have a proper chat with Micah about a plan to save the world yet save ourselves. He needed to fill me in.

I was waiting for him to finish his shower. I liked being near him, it made me feel safe. Maybe I should let him change them come back later.

Where was the fun in that though ?

I heard the bathroom door open and he stepped out.

His towel hanged losely on his hips his sexy, toned body was very much exposed.

My eyes involuntarily roamed up and down his body. Damn. I took time to admirethe tattoo that ran from his neck down to his left bicep. He definitely had an amazing body.

"Are you done checking me out Tee? "

I rolled my eyes and smirked.

"Ain't no harm in appreciating good things." I teased.

I loved how there wass never any awkwardness between us everything was always natural and free flowing.

The room went quiet and he pinned me with an intense gaze which heated up my body.
