"Really?" Unagiya-san asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Yep," Ichigo replied. "Now, how do we get paid?"
"Well, how we get paid is based on the customer. I have here some price recommendations to start bargaining with. Your sisters will get 7% each while you get 16%. I get 20% and the last 50% goes back to the business." Unagiya-san explained.
"Ok. That is fine by me." Ichigo nodded. "I'll come by tomorrow to give you the times that we are available to work. Is that fine?"
"Ok," Unagiya-san said. "Come here at around 10 A.M. and we'll talk about it."
"Sure." The two then shook hands and Ichigo left. Once the door closed, Unagiya-san jumped up and down in glee. She had needed an assistant for quite some time now and had only put that ad in the morning. Talk about good luck.

Evening: Naruki City
A man holding a black satchel could be seen walking towards an apartment building. There, the man pulled out a key and opened the door. Inside the room was a built-in lounge and there was an older gentleman at the bar area. He was a tall, middle-aged man with short dark hair, brown eyes and a thick mustache and wore a shirt and dark waistcoat with a bow tie, reminiscent of a typical bartender's outfit.
"Welcome back, Ginjō-san. Would you like anything to drink?" The seeming bartender asked.
"Not tonight, Kutsuzawa," Ginjō replied.
"So then, how did it go? Did you find the new Substitute?" A young man asked from where he was leaning back against a wall, an open book in his hands.
"I did, Tsukishima. His name is Kurosaki Ichigo." Ginjō stated.
"I see. So, what is the plan, oh glorious leader?" Tsukishima asked sarcastically.
"I'll tell you the plan once everyone gets here." A few minutes later five other people came in and sat around Ginjō. Tsukishima proceeded to sit by an empty chair while Kutsuzawa stayed in his counter.
"Here's the plan. I'm going to spend a month doing some recon on the kid. Once I get that done, I'm going to slowly force a barrier between his friends and family." Ginjō began.
"After that, Tsukishima here is going to use his Fullbring to cause the remaining five of us to forget the plan and add in a desire to help Ichigo regain his power by training him and make them think Tsukishima is the bad guy. Shishigawara is going with Tsukishima in case he needs assistance."
Ginjō gave a brief look at the thuggish teen that 'stole' his bag. "We will train the kid similar to how we trained Shishigawara here. Once he completes the training, Tsukishima will attack the kid and I'll take the blow. The kid will attack Tsukishima in retaliation and I will then go and rip his Fullbring out and absorb the power. Once that is done, we kill the kid." Ginjō finished.
Everyone took a moment to absorb the idea. "Any questions?"
No one replied.
"Good. Then let's get this plan started!"

Two Months Later
Two months had passed since Ichigo, Yuzu and Karin started working part-time at Unagiya. Due to most people thinking that the establishment sells unagi, Yuzu ended up with the task of cooking unagi.
When Unagiya-san found out that they made more money cooking unagi than doing odd-jobs, she laughed and wanted to fully hire Yuzu, but Ichigo quickly shot her down.
Most of the jobs were typical, especially lazy ones. Some included looking for lost pets, turning in almost late library books, babysitting kids. Someone even tried to hire Ichigo as a fake boyfriend. There were two jobs, however, that Ichigo had partaken in that could be considered the highlights of the two months.
One job was when Ichigo had to help a man named Tadatoshi Gassan. While helping him pack all of his belongings, Ichigo stumbled upon two katanas. On closer inspection, he realized that the black katana was not a katana but a daitō (Japanese long sword).
Instead of the normal silver blade, it had a black blade and the crossguard had four prongs bent out to form the shape of the manji. For a second, Ichigo had thought that he had been holding his false Bankai.
"So, I see that you stumbled on one of my last few Katanas," Tadatoshi stated as he came behind the teen.
"Um…." Ichigo turned around and tried to explain, but Tadatoshi cut him off.
"Kokugatsu is quite the beauty. Wouldn't you say so?" Tadatoshi asked rhetorically while looking at the black daitō in Ichigo's hands.
"Kokugatsu…" Ichigo repeated, pulling the daitō from the sheath. He noticed an indent on the blade and, on closer inspection, he saw the kanji for 'Kokugatsu' imprinted on the blade.
"Yes. Seeing you hold this blade, though, I can tell that you have used something similar to it before. Am I right?" Tadatoshi asked.
"Yes. I have." Ichigo said.
"I see. Take it, then." Tadatoshi told him.
"Are you sure? It must have cost you a fortune." Ichigo asked, surprised at Tadatoshi's offer.
