Continuity: as for 'continuity', it signifies that actions should be continuous without interruption, and thoughts connected without lapse.
Flexibility: with 'flexibility', it is meant that the degree of conscious movement should not be rigid, but appropriately moderate.
Evenness: 'evenness' refers to maintaining a uniform speed, not too fast or too slow.
Joy: 'joy' suggests that one's mood should be joyful rather than worried, smiling inwardly without losing oneself.
