ODETTE'S POINT OF VIEW

"Where did Kiel go?" Daniel sits beside me.

"Oh, he had an emergency; something just happened."

"In work? Or with another woman again?" He stood up and left me with that question in my mind. Kiel said he wouldn't do that again, right? So he won't, and I should trust him.

My thoughts are flying into outer space. A tap on my shoulder made me come back to reality.

"Are you okay? We've seen you space out for a while now." Clay said, and they sat beside me, looking at me.

"I'm okay; I'm just thinking something."

"Where is Kiel?" Morisette said while looking around.

"Something came up; he needs to go out for a while."

"With whom? His parents are here, even Kendall. Are you sure something just came up?"

"Of course, he said he would not do that again; I trust him. I just worried where he was; it's been thirty minutes since he left, and I didn't receive any message from him."

"Maybe he will message you later if you say something came up." Aria held my shoulder and hugged me. My girls are hugging me.

"How are you, my princess?" Dad showed up at my door.

"I'm okay, Dad. Did you like your party?"

"Of course, I know you made all this." Clay gets up, and Dad sits beside me.

"I have something to tell you. On the day you presented to us, Kiel spoke to me in my office. Asking for my blessing to marry you."

We are all shocked by what Dad confessed. I don't know how I will feel after hearing that.

"You know, darling, I can see how sincere he was when he asked me that. Even though he didn't need to, he still did it just to let me know what he was thinking about us. Considering what we will say in every decision you guys make, for me, you can tell a guy is sincere when, in every decision you make, you consider the person. Even though it was hard for him to ask me directly after what happened, he still tried to provoke everything for you. If he asks you to marry him, what will you answer?"

I smiled and looked into my dad's eyes. Without saying a word, Dad hugged me and whispered.

"I know you know what the best decision is for you." Dad stood up, left the table, and went back to Mom. My phone rang, and I saw Kiel's message.

'I'm sorry if I left the party early; something came up. Sloan was living with Ivan. Yet Ivan was not in the house when I came in. I found Sloan bleeding and with a gunshot wound in her arm. I rushed her to the hospital. Once she was okay and Ivan was here, I would message her and get home right away. I love you, my queen. I hope you understand. I'm here in St. James Hospital."

"You should follow him, Odette," Morisette said after reading the message:

"Why would I follow him? Kiel already told me what happened; I don't need to be present in the hospital. I was not involved in the accident."

"She is, and if she does that, she will just look pathetic and overprotective in Kiel. Morisette has nothing to do with that." Aria said in Morisette:

"Don't you think it's suddenly happened? If she was living under Ivan's roof, why would she call Kiel? Why, after a few months without her presence, did she suddenly show up? I thought she already had a guy; remember the father of her child? Why didn't she call that guy instead?"

"Maybe something just came up, and we didn't know what happened to her and ended up in that situation," Clay said as he was trying to explain everything to Morisette.

"I'm just stating what I feel; it's still up to Odette if she will follow me. Something fishy is going on with that girl. I hope he will not do the same thing again." Morisette shut her mouth and drank her tequila.

The host came back to the stage and gave Dad the microphone.

"Before we end the party, I would like to call Mr. Oliver and Ms. Odette to come forward here on stage together with the celebrant." I stood up and went to the stage with Oliver. Oliver held my hand and helped me with my gown. I was wearing a gold backless off-shoulder dress with a slit on the right leg.

"What pretty genes Mr. Richard had!" I heard there was a tradition in the family before the party ended. Am I right, sir Richard?" Dad nodded at the host, and the staff got out with baskets.

"This basket contained gold, diamonds, and cash; can I be part of that too?" She laughed with the guest.

"And throw in the air a new wealthy year for that person. "Sir Richard, since it was your birthday, you will be the last person to throw right." Dad nodded, and Mom went in front and grabbed a handful to throw.

I was next after Mom and threw a handful of gold diamonds, and lastly, before Dad, Oliver threw In Dad's time to throw, suddenly a blackout happened.

"What's happening?" I said, but no one responded to me.

The only thing I felt next was something being thrown at me, showering me with diamonds, cash, and gold. Dad? After that, the power came back, and I saw my dad smiling at me.

"Thank you, everyone, for coming to my party. I know some of you just find time to be here. I appreciate everything. The next time we will see each other will be at my daughter's wedding. I hope everyone still came and supported me and my family. Thank you; have a great night ahead."

We went down and shook hands with all the guests before we left the event place.

Time flies; we are in the mansion, sitting on the couch. I was looking up.

"Honey, I didn't see Kiel at the party after everyone was done eating." Mom said, "Look at me.

"Something came up with his friend; he just helped."

"Oh, who is that friend? I thought he would come with his manager."

"Manager Ivan was in the meeting with the executives for the Kiel project. Such a busy schedule for him. Sloan the friend he was helping, Kiel found her bleeding and had a gunshot in her arm."

"Is that the same Sloan as his ex-girlfriend?" Dad looked at me with curiosity in his eyes.

"Yes, Dad."

"How is she now?"

"I don't know, Dad. Kiel will message me if he already knew if she was okay. I hope she is." I sighed and looked at my phone. It's been an hour since his last message, yet he didn't message me after that.

"Mom, Dad, I'll leave now; I still have work to do at home. Happy Birthday, Dad. I love you." I hug my parents and kiss my dad's cheeks.

"I miss you." I didn't know what I was thinking when I suddenly said that, but his reaction was priceless. I see him blushing and smiling at what I said.

"I miss you, Kiel." He turns his head to the other side but can feel his face getting hot.

"Hahahahaha, now I know how to make the 'Supreme Idol' blush. I love you, my king." Lucky for me, the elevator opened, and I let go of his hug and rushed out of the elevator.

"What did you say, my queen?" I heard him say it while following me.

"Nothing."

"Have a safe drive, okay?" Take care of yourself, princess." Dad said that and hugged me back. I smiled and hugged them for the last time.

"You message me if you get home safe, okay?" Mom held my hand.

"I will, Mom." I turn over to Oliver, who is sleeping on the couch. I pinch his cheek and run quickly out of the house.

"ODETTE!!!!" I laughed when I heard his screaming. I drove back to the condo. I immediately parked my car and went to the elevator. I lean against the elevator screen and close my eyes.

I felt someone hug me and saw a handsome king sleeping on my shoulder. I hugged him back; we didn't speak but felt each other's breath. Feel each other's hearts beat fast.

"How is she now?"

"She's stable; that's why I go home. I miss you so much. My pressure was in the hospital, but my mind was on you." He opened his eyes and looked at me, kissing me on the cheeks.

"I miss you." He looked at me with his eyes wide open.

"What did you say?"

"I miss you, my king." I kiss his cheeks, and his face turns red with blush. Lucky for me, the elevator opened. I rushed out to the elevator and went to my condo.

"My queen, what did you say?" I turned around and saw him in front of me. Looking down at me. Why is he too tall for me? Even though I was 5'5, maybe his height was in the 5'10s or 5'11.

"My queen, what did you say again?" He held my chin and pulled my waist close to him.

"I miss you." I turn around and open my door. I didn't hear any words from him; instead, he hugged me from the back and placed his head on my shoulder.

"Fuck me, queen, those damn words make my heart beat stopped. Can you say it again?" To tease him more, I have a bright idea.

"I love you."

"Fuck, one more time, my queen. I want to hear it from you again."

"Say, please master first." I loved teasing him while he was pouting his lips.

"Please, master, say it once again."

"I love you, my king." After saying it, he carried me and went inside my condo. He couldn't look at me; his face was blushing. He put me down on the couch, went to my top, and hugged me.

"You're driving me crazy. Hearing those words from you is like hearing a soft song melt my heart to the core. I would like to hear those words every day from you."

"It's my pleasure to say those words to the supreme idol."

"No words can describe how much I love you—everything about you, my queen. Can I sleep here?" I laugh and pinch his floppy cheeks.

"Your condo was just walking distance, right?"

"But I want to be with you 24/7. You don't want me to be with you?"

"Soon okay."

"Fine, but when can I stay here and sleep over?"

"Do you want to know my passcode?"

"What it is, let's exchange a passcode."

I held his head and had him come closer to my face and whisper in his ears.

"0424, that's my passcode; you can freely come anytime you want. Fine, you can sleepover here anytime." He looked at me and kissed me a lot on the lips.

"Don't you ever change your mind, my queen, okay? My passcode was 0202; that's my birthday. Don't you ever dare forget that soon I'll change it when we get married."

"When we got married, I still slept here." I laugh, and his smile suddenly fades away.

"Why? I want you to stay by my side 24/7 when we get married; don't you dare leave me."

"Fine." My phone suddenly rang. I got up and saw on the screen Daniel's name. I get my phone and answer Daniel's call.

"Hello Daniel." I heard noise in the background. I can't hear him clearly.

"I want to see you, Odette."

"Huh? Are you drunk, Daniel? "You're looking for Aria, right?" I look at Kiel, and he grabs my phone and loudspeakers the call.

"I miss you, Odette; your pale, smooth skin is what I want to touch. The way your hands gesture makes me want to hold them. Your lips call mine every time I see them. I want to kiss them, torridly taste your saliva, play tounge to tounge, and roam around your mouth. I want to have you right now. I imagine you here in front of me. -"

"Damn dude, you're harrassing my girl; you're a maniac. I will find you and kill you."

"Don't interrupt me with my Odette; I know she chose me over you. The way she looks at me, I know she likes me. Give her the phone." Kiel hung up the phone and hugged me.

"Don't you ever dare come to see him alone. Every time you have a chance to see him and you know you guys will be alone, tell me it's okay, no matter what I do. I'll be there that day; we don't know what he can do to you." He opened my phone and installed a tracker on it.

"Thank you, Kiel." He kissed me on the forehead and hugged me tight. I didn't know Daniel could say those things. He was wrong in the way he thinks I was on him. I don't like him, and this guy who's hugging me owns my heart.

"You promised me it would be okay; you will tell me everything from now on." He said I just nodded and hugged him back. He turned his face away and looked at me.

"To forget that jerk, how about we order pizza, ice cream, and some soda for tonight?" I nodded and grabbed his phone. He immediately ordered online while still hugging me. His smell was the same smell I was sniffing last time. This smell is drooling on me.

"Are you okay, my queen? You seem quite."

"I'm fine Let's just wait for the order to arrive."

He opened his phone and let go of our hug, and suddenly there was a flash from his camera.

"Goddess."

"Hey, delete that picture." He raised his hand while I was trying to grab his phone from him. He smacked my lips, stood up, and captured a photo of me.

"Give me that phone; I wasn't ready."

"Fine." He put his hand on my shoulder and turned his camera into a selfie. We took a selfie, and she took a selfie of us.

We did a lot of poses; some of them were kissing and biting my cheeks. Held my head, pinching my cheeks, and when he kissed me on the lips, I looked into the camera. That pose shocks me. I changed my dress and wore an oversize shirt. Finally, the order arrived. I sit beside Kiel and watch some funny videos on YouTube.

"Can you send me the photos, Kiel?" He took his phone and happily transferred the photo. I looked at all the photos; most of them were my pictures. He put down his phone. I saw his lock screen photo, which was a picture of me and him kissing. I smile and change my lock screen photo to the same picture as his.

Ivan turned on the television, and the news started.

Trending all over social media, Kiel Calvin Lopez is flexing his fiance. The two seem to be getting stronger even after the issue regarding Kiel's cheating on his fiancée, Odette Lim.

The photos of Kiel and Odette flashed on the screen. I never saw that smile for the past three years because Kiel became busy with his schedule. I saw his caption, 'A night with my queen.'

I smile while remembering what happened between us.

Flashback:

"My queen, I love you." Kiel said while recording me while I was cooking for us. Kiel was sweet. childish guy; no one knew about this side of him. Kiel was a cold and serious guy when it came to his work, but when he was with people he liked, he was so sweet and childish that you didn't expect him to be like that.
