But who are these two talking about if it's not her though, then right there the idea of the possible person the mother and son are talking about hits Linda, "Oh….my….gosh they….its…it's Sis!"

Linda cannot believe what she just found out, the two of them are talking about Esmeralda, what in the world is happening here? So all this while the reason why Petro didn't fall in love with her was actually because he was trying to win over Esmeralda.

Linda began to think, no wonder Petro and his mother got more closer to Esmeralda than usual after what happened with Elias, Esmeralda might have taken it as family support, well not just Esmeralda alone, even she thought they both are just been supportive of her after what happened with Elias.

So it also, only means one thing as well, Linda squeezed her hands together, all this while her closeness with Petro was all just a lie, they both got so close together during the past years that gave her the courage to express her feelings towards him.

Petro brought himself closer to her so that she doesn't even know he was trying to win Esmeralda's heart all while long. She was used as a puppet! Linda felt like vomiting right now. How foolish was she to not see it all? She was just a mere puppet in their game Linda realized as their conversation goes deep. How dare they use her? She will show them it's not easy to fool around with Linda and walk away.

Linda barges inside the room and both the mother and son are startled to see her, "My dear, do you need anything?" Vanessa asked Linda who barge into her bedroom.

Linda clench her fist, this shameless woman, how ironic. "Stop pretending 'dear aunt'…" Linda sarcastically said to her face.

"What are you talking about dear? What do you mean by stop pretending?" Vanessa asked Linda with her most innocent expression.

"Hmm." Linda chuckled. She is sick of this pretentious woman already.

"How dare you used me as a pawn in your scheme?" Linda asked which made Vanessa's face sour.

Linda smirks, the woman is so much giving herself away without her even realizing it.

"What do you by that?" Vanessa composed herself quickly and asked.

"So you want to play dump? Hmm, alright then… both you and your psycho son used me as your pawn to get closer to Sis."

"Hey, woman, am not a psycho okay?" Petro jumps in when he heard what Linda said. At first he kept quiet in other to allow his mother to handle her but no more, she just crossed her limit by referring to him as a psycho.

Lind glared at Petro, who told him she is afraid of him or his mother. He is very wrong. "You better keep quiet because am not done talking yet… you and your mother think you are smart, but unfortunately for the both of you I was able to catch up to your game."

"What made you think we used you Linda darling, hmm, tell me!" Vanessa asked Linda who she knows has no evidence to prove her claim. The girl thinks only she knows some secrets, she will be shocked to find out what they know about her too.

"You both used me because it wasn't with a good intention that you wanted to get close to her… I was the pawn you used in others to keep your tracks clean." Linda said.

Vanessa immediately clapped her hands together after listening to Linda's reply, the girl is indeed very smart. But not smarter than this middle-aged brain of hers!

"Am impressed with how you manage to figure all this out but dear, mind you we are not the only ones with intentions or resentment towards Esmeralda at all," Vanessa whispered in Linda's ear.

"What do you mean?" Linda asked.

"Well… story… story Linda dear… we know you have been sleeping with Elias for so many years for quite a while long back!" Linda can't believe what she just heard; these two delinquents are up to her neck. How on earth did they find out about all this?

It was supposed to be a kept secret between her and that jerk Elias, did he speak out to them, if he didn't then how did they both find out about it?
