Normally, she would get up, go to the door, take off his suit jacket,.

But today, she could not forget Nathan Hill's words.

A little later, she heard footsteps from outside. Pretending to be asleep, she turned toward the door.

The door opened and he crouched on the side of the bed, groaning.

Ava did not move, but she felt him staring at her. Then he was immediately beside her, washing himself.

When she wondered why he had not moved, he held her from behind.

Her neck was hot and the strong scent of alcohol beguiled her senses...

He drank again!

During this time he seemed to be in love with alcohol.

She could not help but stare at him. "Have you been drinking again?" she asked as he blinked.

"Do you have something to say,Goden Bran?" she asked.

His silence hurt her heart, and she knew he was awake despite his closed eyelids.

Did not he long for her in his heart forever? Did not he want to reveal his feelings?

So many times she pushed herself to hold on longer, so that happiness would come and he would see her merits.

But he had never forgotten her...

From the beginning she adored him and pursued him...

Although he slept next to her, she felt far away...

She broke his heart. She was always by his side and even proposed to him.

Although he had promised to marry her, he became colder and colder after that. She remembered her wedding day. She had lingered in the bridal room...

At sunrise.

He had not touched her after that. He could only hold her and make love to her like a doll.

She wanted to ask why, but his hard gaze kept sending her away. He never looked at her like a lover...

"Goden Bran, how can you bully me for loving you?" Ava Lins grinned cruelly.

Then she glanced at him. He did not even blink.

She sighed. She had been awake all night...

She did not want to do it!But she could not stop herself. She took his jacket and looked for the woman's hair.

When she saw that he was still asleep, she took his phone and carefully went through his texts and calls ID.

But she found nothing.

Ava Lins watched him descend the stairs in his suit and leather shoes as she prepared breakfast. "Good morning," she said, a little regretfully.

He did not even glance at the breakfast he had made. Instead, he headed for the door. Ava caught up with him and heard her own strained voice.

He put on his shoes in the closet without looking at her, as if he had not heard her.

His impassivity pricked her heart like a needle. "Daniel, can you not be so cold to me?" she heard herself plead through her fear.

"Your wife."

She had no idea her tone was wrong. It infuriated him, but he remained cool as he replied coldly, "This is who I am. Should not you realise that?"

Hearing this, her heart pounded and her body ached.

Was he trying to tell her that he had been cold to her from the beginning?

Ava Lins was stunned by his departure for a long time.

The coffee shop smelled pungent.

"Hey, who dares to upset our little princess?"

Ava looked at Belli Tannu's dazzling grin . Everything would be OK if she had a career and a beloved lover.

"Belli Tannu, I assume Goden Bran is having an affair," she replied sadly.

"An affair?"

Have you seen her?

Ava groaned and shivered, "I do not know anything about her. Someone mentioned it at the party yesterday."

Belli Tannu smiled and patted her hand, "Maybe I misunderstood. You said you trusted him. Who's to say he can not fool you?"

"Did I see someone else? I hope you are right, but he's getting farther and farther away from me. And sometimes I think I am worth less ," Ava grumbled.

They were newlyweds? "Are you happy?

"Happy? He never touched me. The day of the wedding, he came back late without explanation.

"Really?

"Did Goden Bran touch you?"

Belli Tannu could not help but raise her voice to attract attention. Ava's cheeks grew hot as she pushed Belli Tannu away. "Could you keep it down a little?"

"I was just too amazed, why did not you tell me earlier, did he give you the slightest hint?" Belli Tannu apologised and covered her lips.

"Wait, what?"

"Did he want to take a bath with you like he said?"

When Ava heard that, her heart became even sadder. "He did not even kiss me,?" she said sadly.

"Belli Tannu, you are so insensitive, when are you going to show me your guy?" said Ava with a cold smile.

Ava has never seen Belli Tannu's lover before. When she heard Belli Tannu explain that they fell in love a long time ago, were separated for a short time, and were now together again.

"Sure, when I get the chance, I'll introduce you two to each other," Belli Tannu smiled.

"Do not lie to me again." Next time, show me what a fantastic character he is that can steal your heart."

They talked for a long time in the café.

Ava assumed it was Goden Bran's birthday tomorrow, so she invited Belli Tannu to go shopping with her. Ava Lins and Belli Tannu bought ties at the clothing shop.

When she returned, she wondered if Goden Bran would agree.

Her lips pursed with joy, thinking he would appreciate it.

Suddenly, her phone vibrated.

She pressed the button, but an excited voice said, "Sis, Tiannajumped off the building."

"What!"

Ava Lins was thunderstruck and almost hit the car in front of her.

what did you just say?" she asked nervously as she stopped.

,"Daddy and I rushed her to the hospital."

Ava Lins tried to start the car in a panic after hanging up the phone. Her hands were shaking as she thought of last night's events," Ava Lins, I detest you, how can you take your sister's husband away? You have disappointed me!
