It is a universal truth that when a woman wears attractive underwear beneath her clothes, regardless of how modest, she will feel beautiful and confident, even if no one else does.
I was around fashion shows growing up. One of the top modeling companies in the nation was formed by my father. The slinky models in barely suitable dresses, the snooty bystanders with money and warped perceptions of what is appropriate, and the excitement in the air had all become a part of my existence.
Tonight, there was also passion in the air. I wasn't clear if that was a result of me attempting to get laid or if it was the particular designer's expertise at making even a coat look sexual.
