Victoria's POV

I'm inside Jackson's office. I'm a bit pissed because someone suddenly called him during our intimate session. I sat on the couch while he returned to his seat and answered the call. Fortunately, I brought my favorite novel. I took it out of my bag and Jackson noticed it right away. I saw his eyes suddenly widen when he saw the novel I brought. But I just let him; I will not let myself get bored here inside his office. I was opening the page when suddenly I heard a knock on a door coming from outside of Jackson's office. I stood up and opened it and saw his secretary holding a box of pizza and two bottles of tea.

"Mrs. Hynes here is your food, " she told me.

"Oh, all right, come in first. I'll help you," I said as I took the two bottles of tea she was holding.

"Thank you, Mrs. Hynes," his secretary said.

"You're welcome," I replied.
