The Scorching sun bid adieu as the day came to an end, the hues of orange sky shifted to black. The Royal Palace which was supposed to echo with laughter just fell into deep silence.

Women and maids who have been crying their hearts out from the time Prince Kieran's body was placed in his Royal Chambers calmed down. They sat cling to the walls and chairs tired from hours of crying.

Unlike earlier days when the Royal Castles were heavily lit with lamps celebrating the wedding of their Prince. The Palace was enthusiastic since the morning, every corner is decorated with flower.

The Castles beautifully got decorated for the wedding night of Prince Kieran Lafayette, the Royal maids took extra care in decorating the valley leading to the Castle of Princess, where Queen Ayda is strolling right now.

While the whole Kingdom had been worried not just about the death of their Price but the potential threat they would have to face once the news about the Emperor of the Human Territory deceasing reaches places, the scenario is quite different in Princess Melanie's castle.

"How am I supposed to stay alive Royal Queen" Melanie has been crying sitting on the couch, in the garden surrounding her Castle.

Elena has locked the room from inside as she is guarding the wheat and barley seeds to confirm Princess Melanie's suspicion regarding her pregnancy.

Melanie has tried her best to make her mother-in-law believe that, her room decorated for her wedding night is only making her weak.

Trying to console her daughter-in-law, Queen Ayda spoke comforting words believing Melanie's worry is about her son. Whereas Melanie is busy trying to look sad concealing her worry.

"King Nicolov has sent the information to your parents, they will be here by tomorrow" Queen Ayda spoke between the sobs.

Melanie gulped hearing the name of her parents, she knew how many secrets they hold close, the last thing she want is her parents here.

She is sure about her pregnancy, with all the changes in her body and the missing menstrual cycle is enough for her to prove her hunch right, but she is just waiting for one miracle.

Had her husband been alive, she would have found one or other way to deal it. Right now she can't even go to any medics, as all are busy trying to find out the reason for Prince Kieran's death.

Moreover, she knew no one here, she can't confide in any, so she choose to follow the techniques she knew.

"What have I done? Why does my child has to see this fate? Why do you have to suffer? Today is supposed to be your wedding night, where both of you would have been in joy… look at the cruel fate" Queen Ayda who lost her son was inconsolable.

Melanie cried along, she is in utter confusion. She needs to confirm things, and if her hunch is right, she would need to get rid of the pregnancy, that's not any hard task. She needs to do exactly opposite of those things advised to pregnant ladies.

Lifting weights, working hard, and eating things that can kill the fetus inside her womb. But, the prophecy from the Witch is something that's scaring the shit out of her.

Melanie's worry knew no bounds, while her mother-in-law was bawling her hearts out for her deceased son, she is biting her nails worrying for her future.

King Nicolov Lafayette has been strolling in his Chambers, grief stricken by his son's death, he was unable to digest anything. With the night going to end within a few hours, he started worrying.

The Kingdom can't hide the news of Prince Kieran's death from the people, they have announced coronation of Kieran as Crown Prince on an auspicious day which is the coming new moon day.

The Kingdom has no way other than putting out the truth to the public and what's scaring King Nicolov more than losing his heir is the potential threat.

Tying alliance with Melanie Irakladius, they have become emperor of the Human ruled territory wiping out any existing competition.

Prince Kieran was hailed as the Emperor who never lost a battle, he conquered every part where he set his foot. While some Kings offered their Kingdoms fearing putting up a fight with the most powerful Kingdom, some lost wars against them and had to give up.

Once the news of Kieran's death comes out, potential threat would surround the Kingdom as everyone knows about Nicolov's age slipping the prime, he might not be able to put up the fight.

King Nicolov's worry was not about the potential threat from the human race. He knew that the eyes of Emperor of the Demon world always surrounds them.

The rivalry between the human world and the Demon Empire is coming from centuries. Though there were rules and legislations signed by both the Emperors Centuries back, every time a new King arrives, the threat arises and with Orpheus Godfrey ascending the throne, there existed nothing.

Orpheus Godfrey is the second name for the maniac obsessive ruler, who won over the Demons and werewolves clan, he was able to win over the strongest elves for descending the Throne. All he knew is getting the things as he want.

With Melanie's potential doubt about the death of Prince Kieran which is not natural but an attack, King Nicolov was immensely sure it is done by someone related to the Demon World.

He knew no one in the human territory would ever dare to even think of harming Prince Kieran and they don't even stand a chance fighting Kieran.
