Belvina Incident

Sometimes when we do something good, but the other person doesn't understand it well, then there is a misunderstanding. With that misunderstanding, resentment starts to emerge from that person and tries to harm us.

Flashback

In the city of Jakarta, Belvina and Anggi, who had only intended to take a vacation, were now trying to find a job. The two girls have applied to various companies, but each company only requires those who are experienced in working, especially with marketing and administrative studies. But this time, there was one company that accepted regardless of field of study. So, Belvina and Anggi were accepted at the company. The company was a well-known doll-making company. 

When they first entered the company, Belvina and Anggi were taught how to make and sew dolls properly until they became beautiful dolls worthy of being sold in the market. They were tireless and always together. It has been 2 months since Belvina and Anggi worked at the 'Shining Doll' doll company. Belvina and Anggi also have to inform their respective families that they will return home once a year, because their busy schedules take up so much of their time, even if it's just to return to their hometowns. 

The two girls would also occasionally make phone calls or video calls to their parents to let go of their homesickness. Tonight, Belvina and Anggi are at the apartment. Yes, after working for 2 months, they can afford to rent an apartment, of course with separate bedrooms. Belvina and Anggi were now in the living room watching television.

"Gi, we have an event tomorrow at the company, right?" Belvina sat facing Anggi who spontaneously turned to her. 

"Yes, just look at the group chat, it's very busy discussing tomorrow's event, replied Anggi who had turned her eyes to her smart phone. Belvina frowned in confusion.

"What event?"

"That... the introduction of the company owner's son,"

"The new boss?"

"It could be, I don't know, we'll see what the event is like tomorrow. It's also our first time." Belvina just nodded at Anggi's explanation.

On a sunny morning, it was 6:30 am. The company 'Shining Doll' is very busy because today is a very important day for the company. All staff and employees were not allowed to work for this day. In the large multipurpose building, everyone gathered and watched the event. The room was located on the first floor, so invited guests didn't have to take the elevator or stairs to attend the important event.

Now, Belvina was very busy, as she was appointed to be the organizer of the event. Only Belvina without Anggi because the girl didn't want to bother being a committee member. The event was to welcome the son of the owner of the 'Shining Doll' company, Mr. Kevin. Mr. Kevin had a daughter who would reportedly continue her father's career. The event lasted quite a long time and went smoothly, without any obstacles. Belvina was now being asked by someone to pick up a file on the second floor, Mr. Kevin's office. Which Belvina had to climb the stairs, why stairs? Because the event was held in a room at the back, so there was no elevator there. The elevator was only at the front.

After climbing the stairs for a while, Belvina finally reached Mr. Kevin's office to retrieve the important file. After rummaging through Mr. Kevin's desk full of books, Belvina finally found it, still checking the file while opening one by one the sheets of paper she was holding.

"It looks like this is the file. Anyway, I'll check as I go." Belvina decided while leaving Mr. Kevin's room and walked while opening the file. Intending to make sure the file she was carrying was really what Mr. Kevin wanted or not.

However, when Belvina walked and arrived near the stairs, suddenly someone deliberately pushed her from behind. 

"AKH!" without having time to look back, Belvina's body immediately fell and rolled down the stairs until the last stair.

Don't forget the papers in the file flew up and fell over Belvina's body which was already covered in blood flowing from her head. Yes, the blood had escaped and flowed down to the ground floor. Someone who was still upstairs smiled victoriously, as if he had a grudge against Belvina. As if Belvina's fall from the stairs was a reward for her treatment of the person who pushed her earlier. Not long after, the man left Belvina and left the girl's head covered in blood. No one else knew about this.

In the multipurpose room, Mr. Kevin was waiting for the file to arrive. But after a long wait, Belvina didn't show up either. Mr. Kevin asked one of the committee men named Dani to follow Belvina. Who knows, the girl was lost or didn't know where Mr. Kevin's room was. Dani nodded and intended to catch up with Belvina.

"Dani, where's the file? Our client is about to arrive, that girl hasn't shown her nose yet. Please catch up with her, in case she gets lost."

"Yes, sir. I'll look for her first." Dani nodded goodbye to the company owner and left immediately to search for Belvina's whereabouts.

When she reached the stairs, Dani was shocked by the presence of Belvina who was already covered in blood with white papers covering her face. The paper had mixed with Belvina's blood and turned slightly red. Dani's eyes bulged, as if she couldn't believe that it was her coworker Belvina who was lying near the stairs. He called everyone in the multipurpose room to see Belvia who was lying there covered in blood. The people who saw it, did not dare to come closer, except for Anggi who was Belvina's best friend. Anggi ran and opened the paper covering Belvina's face, then asked one of the people to call an ambulance.

"Oh my God, Vina! Wake up Via! Anyone please, call an ambulance! Vina needs help! Hurry up!" Anggi's voice seemed to be yelling at everyone who was there who could only watch without taking decisive action.

"Alright, I'll call an ambulance, you calm down, Anggi." Dani took out her cell phone from her pants pocket to call the ambulance. After that he took the paper that Belvina had brought earlier.

"Jaka!" Dani called out. The one who was called immediately met Dani.

"Yes? What's wrong, Dan?"

"Please take care of all the files requested by Mr. Kevin. These are the files, don't make any mistakes, the meeting with the client is coming up, so you have to move fast!" Dani handed the files to Jaka.

"Alright, I'll excuse myself to copy all these files." Jaka immediately left the scene where Belvina fell down the stairs and went to his office to copy all the files and immediately handed them over to Mr. Kevin. The ambulance arrived, Dani immediately lifted Belvina's body and joined the ambulance to the hospital.

The event began, Mr. Kevin had just been informed by Jaka who had brought the files that Mr. Kevin had requested to Belvina earlier. After learning about it, Mr. Kevin was also still in shock, not expecting that the event would be destroyed like this. But Jaka tried to explain what really happened so that Mr. Kevin wouldn't misunderstand. But he's not stupid, he still doesn't just blame Belvina for this incident, it could be that the girl slipped and fell from the top of the stairs. That was what Mr. Kevin was still thinking.

"Ladies and gentlemen, here because I am old, I plan to hand over the company to my beloved daughter, Raya Vinancia." Raya came from the entrance, walked through the red carpet that had been laid out to welcome her, and stopped next to her father. She looked very pretty in her short skirt that was just above the knee, but the luxuriousness of the skirt already showed that she was Mr. Kevin's daughter, Raya.

"Sir, isn't the bankrupt GF Corp going to be Raya's too?" Asked one of the reporters who was now exposing the event.

"Ah, yes. For now I'm still taking care of this 'Shining Dolls' company, maybe one day when it's time, I'll give it to Raya completely. She's also just learning about office stuff." Proudly, Mr. Kevin smiled at the camera and his beloved daughter.

After the event, Mr. Kevin and Raya followed Anggi and Dani to the hospital in their private car.

"Dad, why did we have to follow that lowly employee? He's not really on our level," with her eyes glued to the car window, Raya folded her arms across her chest.

"Raya, you don't know about that employee's persistence, so you can't judge it at all. That's why you can say something like this,"

"Gosh, I'm so lazy, I'm the one who pushed the employee to teach him a lesson, and you're defending him, you bastard." Raya thought.

Without waiting long, Mr. Kevin arrived at the parking lot of the hospital where Belvina was getting treatment.

"Let's go!" Mr. Kevin invited, but his daughter refused.

"No, I'll just wait in the car, Dad."

"Okay. I'll go in first."

Mr. Kevin walked to the hospital, Dani and Anggi were still waiting in front of the emergency room.

"Mr. Kevin?" Called Anggi and Dani, both trying to smile at the owner of the 'Shining Dolls' company. Mr. Kevin approached Anggi.

"Anggi, you don't need to think about the hospital fees. Let me take care of everything. Because it's probably my fault for not paying enough attention to my staff and employees," Mr. Kevin tried to persuade Anggi not to worry too much about the incident, let alone the hospital fees.

"Yes sir, thank you for your generosity," Anggi smiled. The doctor suddenly came out with a sad face. Anggi immediately asked the doctor.

"Doctor, how is my friend? Is she okay?" No, of course Anggi already knew that her friend would not be okay after falling down the stairs. She just wanted to hear the good news about her friend's condition, nothing more.

"The impact on his head was so hard that it hit the deepest nerve, the memory. He will lose his memory for a while." Like being hit by a rock, Anggi's heart sank when she heard the doctor's words. Anggi cried while covering her mouth, she sobbed while squatting in front of the emergency room. Dani and Mr. Kevin could only reassure Anggi that Belvina would be strong to face all this.

"I can finally get my revenge on you. I didn't recognize your face, you work at my father's company. But it's okay, the important thing is that I'm calm because my revenge has been avenged. Have fun, Belvina."
