The Park

Lu Jinhai was coming today?. Was this a joke?

Were the Heavens trying to prevent her from repenting so that they can send her directly to hell?

"Ok" Xue Luli answered with a smile on her face but deep down, she was extremely troubled.

How was she going to explain to Lu Jinhai that she wanted custody of the children when all she did was treat them badly. Anyone would probably think that she was trying to latch on to Lu Jinhai because of his wealth and they wouldn't be wrong

Xue Luli decided to stop thinking about it. When she gets to the bridge, she'll cross it, one way or the other.

Few minutes later, the nanny got an urgent call her husband was in an accident. Since Xue Luli was taking care of the children for now, the nanny wasn't too worried so she left the house

"Do you want to go to the park?" Xue Luli asked the children

The children's eyes lit up immediately. They had never been to the park before.

They decided to ask their father when they got to the capital but they quickly dismissed the idea because he might not have the chance. It seemed that their prayers were being answered one by one.

Since Xue Luli has been in a good mood lately, why not?.

"Yes" the children answered.

"Ok...go change your shoes and then we'll go" Xue Luli said with a smile.

The three children raced upstairs.

This was a good idea. She wanted to take her mind of matters related to the divorce.

The children arrived, Xue Luli grabbed her car keys from the table and they left.

When they got to the park, the children's interest peaked when they saw the various rides in the park.

Lu Jin and Lu Xi both wanted to ride the ferris wheel. Xue Luli looked at the ferris wheel before looking at the children. They where really daring.

"Ok... Little Li are you going to ride with them?" Xue Luli asked.

" No....I want to ride the carousel" Little Li answered.

"Ok" Xue Luli answered. But they had a problem. Little Jin and Little Xi can't ride the ferris wheel alone. They were too young and she didn't want to leave Little Li all by herself.

"Aahhh " a little girl screamed as she mistakenly bumped into Xue Luli which caused her to fall.

"Are you Ok?" Xue Luli asked as she helped the girl stand up to her feet.

"I'm fine thank you" the little girl answered.

" Why were you running, you almost hurt yourself just now" Xue Luli said as she checked to see if the girl was hurt.

Lu Jin, Lu Xi and Lu Li felt didn't know why they felt offended when Xue Luli was taking care of the girl.

"Xinxin....are you Ok?" A man suddenly appeared with a worried expression on his face.

"I'm fine daddy" the little girl answered as she gave a beautiful smile.
