BEDFELLOWS

Wealthy-born superstar athlete and football prodigy Robert aka Robbie Francis Harper is something like a hero to the town of Bedford Falls Michigan, known as a wild card, a womanizer, and quick with his fists, not a single person expected the son of an abusive alcoholic obsessed with football and the glory that comes with it to fall head over heels into a lust filled compulsion with the likes of Corey Sheldon Rogers, the son of trailer park junkies and felons with a few crimes to his name as well, born and raised in the San Thomas Mobile Park. But then again no one knew that Corey had been the favorite punching bag of Robbie Harper until a fateful afternoon when the bullying took a turn and formerly well-kept secrets were discovered in the wake of it.

Chapter 2: Like Fire And Gasoline

The Outskirts, Bedford Falls, Michigan.....

Heat had been a welcome change from the soggy rainfall that battered the area during the past weekend and Corey Rogers had been all for it. He had enjoyed a few good hot and muggy summers while living with his late grandfather and it had been the best time for fishing and camping. He had been well aware that he'd been out of his element as far as everything else had gone but he knew how to hunt and fish with the best of them. Corey moved about the woods as if it had been second nature, another leftover sentiment from his grandfather's raising him. It had been the two of them since his grandmother had passed years prior after both his parents had been arrested and custody of a then seven-year-old Corey had gone to his maternal grandparents. He had not known anything about his father's parents aside from them having died young which had explained a lot where his father had been concerned but it didn't excuse him for being a no-good bastard by any means.

Corey sighed as he moved through the woods his boots crushing the dark brown leaves dried from being cut off from the main root and a few twigs that had been blown astray. The heavy scent of earth and the various trees filled the air making the lad feel more at home as he continued to move through the looming trees that surrounded him.

The blond lad made it quite deep into the woods when he had been suddenly stopped in his tracks by the sight of what appeared to have been a familiar-looking young man standing near a tree with his body poised and his hands clasping what Corey had known to have been the figure's cock as he relieved himself against the nearby tree. A shudder went through Corey Rogers he took notice of the figure clad in jeans and a black and white letterman jacket. His nose scrunched up in disgust as he realized once he got close enough to see that it had been none other than Robbie Harper alone in the deep woods.

Robert Francis Harper better known as Robbie to everyone in Bedford Falls, Michigan was a silver spoon prodigy and football superstar. Corey had hated everything about the older boy, from his slick dark brown hair to his beady brown eyes and impressive lean muscle mass. To make matters worse, the bastard had the nerve to invade Corey's dreams and make them waking nightmares.

Robbie and Corey had not always been at odds, there had been a time when they had even been close friends but ever since they got into high school and Robbie joined the football team, his father had dictated the boy's life in more ways than one. Being friends with the likes of Corey Rogers had not looked good on record for the college scouts. Robbie had done whatever his dear old dad said for him to do, mostly so the old bastard could live out the glory days he never had through his prodigy son.

The falling out between them had been painful and brutal with Robbie suddenly calling Corey to meet with him as a friend before beating him brutally in front of his bastard father until he was satisfied that he'd successfully ended their friendship. It had been a hard and painful lesson for Corey in terms of why he no longer had the mind to trust people or even allow them to get anywhere close to him in the future.

There had been little more than hatred between Robbie and Corey ever since.

Onsight there had been plenty of fights, mostly with Robbie walking away the victor, other times Corey had gotten in a few good shots before the team stepped in to protect their investment.

The animosity had been at an all-time high between them with Robbie on the warpath and looking for an outlet for his many stresses and the occasional issue of his drunken father's abuse at home. Corey knew all too well that Robbie acted like the bruises his dear old dad gave him were from endless practice in football, but the bastard had been beating him more and more lately.

The secondary pride and very apparent jealousy had been most disconcerting but Robbie always brushed it off even when they had been friends, Corey had been often very concerned and his concerns had been largely ignored. Eventually, Robbie succumbed to the wishes of the drunk bastard and discarded Corey like yesterday's rubbish.

The currently embittered Corey Rogers attempted to get past without Robbie taking notice of him but knew better than that when a wayward punch came from out of nowhere and struck him across the face.

"You're on my side of the tracks Rodger." growled the familiar baritone of Robbie Harper.

"Nobody owns the woods peckerwood boy not even you rich snobs," growled Corey as he scrambled to his feet and launched himself at Robbie in a bid to tackle him.

Corey had seen only red from the sucker punch and the memories of the brutal beating he'd gotten from the bastard known as Robbie Harper a week prior. He responded in kind with a series of punches once Robbie had hit the ground with Corey on top pounding his face with rage unyielding.

Robbie had gotten a good shot in and rocked Corey something fierce as he found himself falling over onto the cold hard ground, as the older boy made a move to mount and punch him over and over again.

Corey Rogers had never hated anyone as much as he hated Robbie Harper and it was more or less understood that the feeling was mutual. A blow to his pale face and a knee to his stomach had Corey at a distinct disadvantage with Robbie towering above him. Still, the younger of the two lads wasn't to be denied as he kneed Robbie in the groin and he collapsed on top of Corey gasping for breath in the wake of his hurt pride and testicles.

"FUCK!" growled Robbie as his eyes watered and his heavy body pinned Corey's already beaten and winded form along the hard and soggy ground beneath the looming trees of the deep woods.

Corey had been shocked as he felt his heart race and the weight of Robbie's larger body crushing him in the wake of his collapse, the two of them had been unable to breathe as they found their lips colliding in the wake of the fall.

Robbie's dark eyes had glared down at Corey's blue confused orbs in relative disgust but he had not been able to react fast enough to the rapidly swelling erection that had taken hold of the front of his jeans as he groaned in Corey's ear.

For his part, Corey had been unable to deny his own hard cock as it bulged in his jeans upon contact with Robbie's larger body and his own erection from their closeness. There had been something, something like a spark or the ignition of a flame in them as their eyes locked and Robbie shifted his weight some putting more pressure on their respective bulges as they came into contact with one another.

Corey's breath hitched as sharply as Robbie's had before the older lad rolled off him and attempted to compose himself. Corey glared up at the sky and attempted to scramble to his feet.

"T-This ain't over Rob," he said with contempt in his tone. "You'll get yours one day and I'll be there to see it."

Robbie glared back at Corey and flipped him off as he slowly began to come to his senses still reeling from the pain of being kicked in the groin and the subsequent arousal from being so close to the trailer park loser he'd hated most in the world.

The panting Harper watched as Rogers managed to compose himself long enough to make himself scarce as he rolled onto his knees and slowly got to his feet as well.

It had been strange to think that at one time when Robbie and Corey had once been friends, he hated the trailer trash boy as much as he appeared to have hated him.
