Chapter 126 ..fatal accident

"Eloise ! enough of all this ! they are your parents ,at least admonish them with some respect !

Even if they did nothing for you ,they brought you into this world and gave you life so stop speaking to them like they mean nothing to you at all .

What has gotten into you ? This wasn't you ,this wasn't the girl I referred to as my daughter .

At least ,prove to your late grandfather that he brought you well .

Now , apologize to them if you ever considered me a mother . Apologize now ! "Dora demanded .Eloise didn't have a choice other than apologize because she respected and loved Dora as a mother .

"You've earned it ,sorry dear loving and caring parents .

Not even in my worst nightmares will I ever disrespect you ever again."Eloise apologized sarcastically to her parents .

"That's good and you are now more unless like my daughter that I once knew .

Jakes , aren't you men done tracking her phone ."Dora asked worriedly .

"Her phone is off and so it can't be tracked to know her location .

But mum ,I assure you that we will certainly reach out to her ,I won't stop till I get through to my daughter .

I think there's one way out .."

"Track her anklet bracelet ! "Eloise said .

"Yeah , exactly ! We will track her anklet bracelet because it has an anklet bracelet monitor and an in-built microphone that we can use to track her GPS .

I will tell my men to do it right away .."Jakes without any hesitation asked his men to track Suzzy's anklet bracelet so that they could reach out to her location .

"Why didn't I think of this before ? I specifically made that anklet bracelet from Illinois just so it could protect her when she's in any kind of demeaning situation .

Oh God ! I guess I'm really growing old ."Dora took a seat on the bouncy sofa .

In less than a few minutes , Jakes' men sent him the geographical location of Suzzy .

"What now ? Do they have anything about our daughter's location ? "Eloise asked worriedly .

"She's driving through Agnes Street 92397 to Wrightwood ."Jakes said .

"Wrightwood ? Then this means that she's heading towards Josette's and Sonya's house .

What are we waiting for ? Let's go get her now ! "Eloise said in anticipation picking up her bag .

"Eloise ! "Joan badged into the house wet from the heavy rains .

"Erm ! sorry for badging in here just like that ,the truth is the stormy rains got me this wet but I needed to come since it's my fave baby girl who is missing ,right ?

Sorry once again but Eloise ,I need to change ,I'm damn freezing cold in these attires ."Joan said but while climbing upstairs to change with Ida's assistance ,she bumped into the laminated glass center table which caused Suzzy's photograph to fall and crack .

"Something isn't right ,this isn't right .I don't know why I feel as if something bad has happened to my daughter .I have to go and get her ,I can't let the storm stop me .."Eloise nervously twisted her pendant but she received a call before she could even think of taking a step forward .

"Hello Josette ...! "Eloise said at her end but Josette's anxiety got her attention .

"Aunt ! aunt !! It 's Mona .." Josette said in tears and shivers at her end .

"What has happened to my daughter ? "Eloise's heart began racing and everyone around her was getting nervous so she put the phone on speaker so that they could all hear .

"Josette ! what's going on ? Can you please stop crying and tell me what's going on ?

Okay fine ,where are you ? I will come there right away ."Eloise said .

"Sonya and I are at Kindred Hospital Ontario in San Bernardino County in Wrightwood .

Mona got into a fatal accident aunty .."Josette said in tears .As soon as Eloise heard this ,she dropped her phone .

"No ! no !!! not my daughter ..! "Eloise ran out of the house and everyone followed .

In an hour and sixteen minutes later ,Jakes and Eloise as well as everyone arrived at Kindred Hospital Ontario .

Rushing to the reception ,Sonya was sitting down in tears while Josette stood in front of the operation theatre restlessly .

"Josette ! Sonya ! where's our daughter ? "Jakes asked almost breaking down into tears .

"Sorry uncle ,we couldn't just save her from getting into an accident .

She called us up and told us that she was heading to our houses to spend the night .

After a while ,she told us she doesn't feel like living anymore in this suffocated world and that's it .We heard nothing from her so Sonya and I decided to go look for her from street to street and that's where we saw her car with a group of cops and civilians standing by .

Also ,he was there too , actually he arrived few minutes later and he helped us bring Mona here .

The doctors are working on her ..."Josette pointed to his direction .Eloise and Jakes turned to Josette's pointed direction .

"You ? You again ,huh ? What on God's sake are you doing here ? Do you want me to smash your face ,huh ? "Jakes angrily held Greg's collar .

"Jakes ! enough here , let's go off him ,I don't want any arguments now .My granddaughter's life is at stake and didn't you here Josette say that he helped them bring Mona here so enough now !

Deal with him later .."Dora said , wiping away her tears of frustration .

"Go home now Greg ,that way your parents wouldn't worry .

"If you say so Grandma Dora but I will be back tomorrow to check up on Mona .

At least this is the little I can do for all the harm i've caused you all .

I will leave now .."Greg left without any further questions .

Greg arrived home very disturbed and when he got to his room ,his sister was still awake watching television .

"Hey ! you're back ,I couldn't sleep so I decided to wait for you .

What's with that face ? The last time I saw you with this face was when I met with a motor accident so what now ? "Criza asked concerned .
