Chapter 26 New Pack member

Kag Pov.

I sighed as I felt Kanna on the edge of my senses. "She's here guys." I tell them as we move closer to her location.

"Good once we meet up with her we can break for lunch." Yuki said with a groan. "This heat is a killer today." She wasn't joking it was extremely hot today.

"Agreed!" Shippo whined as he sits on my backpack. I giggle as I hold Sesshomaru's hand as we walked.

"What do we want for lunch?" I asked.

"I'd say cold cut sandwiches but we don't have any." Yuki said making me shake my head. After about ten minutes of walking, I pulled Sesshomaru to a stop.

"Kanna you can come out Madoria already explained everything." I said.

"She did?" The young voice asked as she steps out from behind the tree. She was a bit taller than the last time I saw her.

"Yup she said she freed your will from Naraku and that you want to help." I said letting go of Sesshomaru's hand and walked over to her and hold out my hand to her smiling. "And we would love it if you would join our pack." She looked shocked she looked from my hand to me then behind me to the others then back to me and my hand slowly she put her hand in mine.

"Okay." She said quietly.

"Great!" I said walking back to the others with her. "We where walking food you hungry?" I asked her.

"Yes, please." She says.

I grinned as I sat down and started digging into my pack. I throw some jerky at Maddy. "Hell yes hallapano!" She grins.

"I forgot I had that." I said digging around and pasted out food we could eat cold and I found my assortment of nuts and dried barries.

"Oh fuck!" Ty said as he took a bite of Maddy's jerky. "That's hot." That made Maddy and Yuki laugh.

"It's ment to be but it's nothing to a ghost pepper." Maddy said as Krama stool a piece.

"Maddy loves extra spicy food." I said with a laugh.
