Chapter 23 Changes

　　Caitlyn's POV

　　I hadn't seen Talon for several consecutive days, so I found myself lying in the hospital bed, feeling bored. Fortunately, Leona came to visit me from time to time.

　　"I haven't seen Talon for a few days. Do you think he might be sneaking off to see someone else behind your back?" Leona asked as she sat on the edge of my bed, skillfully peeling an apple with a knife and eating it contentedly, all while giving me a curious glance.

　　"How could that be?" I immediately retorted, but my mind couldn't help but wander to that woman with the extremely prominent bust. I quickly turned my face away from Leona to conceal my discomfort.

　　"By the way, has Bard woken up yet?" Leona asked mysteriously, edging closer to me.

　　"I'm not sure about that. The last time Talon was here, he mentioned Bard was still in the process of being revived."
