'How did this happen?'
Dahlia was questioning herself. The chandelier that Crowley claimed to be priceless was in pieces after it was destroyed by Ace, Grim, and the boy from earlier, Deuce Spade.
She let Crowley yell at them, feeling like she missed something important. She just brushed it off thinking she just left some light open back in her dorm.
"There may be one way. One tiny silver of chance to repair this chandelier."
Just like sharks smelling blood, Ace and Deuce were automatically interested. "There is?!" 'Now that's just looking desperate.' Dahlia thought.
"The magestone that powered this chandelier was mined from the Dwarfs' Mine," Crowley explained to his students. "If you can acquire a magestone with the same properties, it may be possible to repair it."
Deuce hastily raised his hand before claiming, "Then I'll go find a magestone! With your permission, sir!"
"I should caution you that I cannot promise there's a single magestones to find," Crowley told the boy with a frown. "The mines were already closed quite some time ago. It is quite likely that all magestones have already been mined."
'Yup knew it. Too good to be true.'
"I will do anything to avoid expulsion, sir!"
Dahlia sighed before looking at Crowley for the final decision. "Very well, then. I will suspend your expulsion for a single night," Crowley sighed before looking at the trio with a stern look. "But if you fail to return with a magestone by morning, then all of you are expelled."
"I understand, sir! Thank you very much for this opportunity."
'I feel like I'm gonna regret this.'
