Puppet Constellation (Part 2)

Saleen added star patterns and starlines onto the Puppet World. They refined the Puppet World into a model of a planet. Of course, being a level 10 mage was not sufficient to refine a planet. Even a lesser god would not be able to complete the task. Only a person at level 17 or 18, a greater god amongst the gods or King of Gods, would be able to refine a planet or destroy a plane.

Saleen did not go overboard and expect to be able to complete it when he was at level 10, but he wanted to allow his Puppet World to become a Puppet Constellation. If that were the case, it would not only increase the puppets' combat ability, but it could also provide energy for his Comet Flash.
