For a Friend

I felt like a vampire.

My jaws snapping wanting to hurt my victim.

I was angry when I found out what April had done.

How dare she! Just because she has money and popularity doesn't mean she has to go around hurting others!

She almost killed Amy my best friend.

For that April will pay in every way.

Who am I? you might ask.

I'm Shadow Star or known here as Jackie.

This might be the only time I get a chapter maybe Leslie isn't sure yet.

I don't need to tell you how I look like since I've shown up a lot in this book.

Somehow Chase and I have the cobalt-blue eyes I don't know why but It doesn't mean anything probably.

I wore a black mask that covered my face except for my eyes they turned yellow to not be recognized.

When Amy left to go find Chase I took that as an opportunity to go find April.

I ran out of her dorm and located where April was.

She was in the hallway sitting in a corner.

"There you are," I said breathlessly.

"Ugh what do you want loser?" asked April in a snobby tone.

"I'm going to make you pay for hurting my friend," I said my eyes darkening.

April just looked me up and down not interested in what I was saying.

I grabbed her and slammed her against the lockers.

"Ow! What is your problem freak?!" exclaimed April.

"My problem is what you did to my friend" I hissed at her.

"Oh yeah? Thank's to your pathetic friend my Ace hates me!" growled April.

That was the last straw.

I began hitting her in the face and kicking her.

She grabbed my hair and yanked it back.

My anger was like lava bubbling inside of me.

I hurt her in every way I could.

My plan was not to make any noise but things never go as planned am I right?

Students were surrounding us chanting: "Fight! Fight! Fight!"

I've never gotten this much attention before.

Their chants powered me up and I started doing more damage to April.

Too quickly though I felt hands around my waist pulling me off her.

I hissed and struggled against the person holding me.

"ENOUGH! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?" demanded Mr.Hernandez

"April was fighting with this girl," said one of the students.

"BOTH OF YOU IN MY OFFICE NOW!" said Mr.Hernandez pushing the crowd away and leaving.

April got up and followed the principal leaving me alone.

"Let me go!" I said pushing the guy who got me.

I realized it was Chase and Amelia was next to him.

"Jackie?" said Amy surprised.

"She's that girl who fought with me," said Chase.

"Why did you fight with April?" asked Amy.

I couldn't look at her.

I felt embarrassed.

But I was amazed that they recognized me somehow.

"Because she almost killed you girl I wanted revenge" I replied.

"Shadow Star revenge is never a good thing look what you are in now," said Chase frowning.

I scoffed "And you tell me that?"

I saw Amy flinch and look at my direction.

"I may get in trouble a lot for your information but I don't get in that much trouble as you just did," said Chase coldly.

"Jackie what you did was wrong even though the gesture was nice you could've done something better than that," said Amy softly.

I felt even worse.

I thought that by doing this I was making the right choice.

I brushed those feelings away I always get in trouble anyway.

"You are right I'm sorry," I said guiltily.

She walked over to me and hugged me.

"It's okay really," said Amy.

I'm the type of person to hug others.

I just patted her back and quickly nudged her away.

"I'll catch up with you tomorrow?" said Amy looking at me.

I smiled "Sure"

They both left and I got my mask off and my eyes changed to a normal color.

Guess I have to go to the principal again.

I honestly won't be that surprised if I get suspended.

Here's the end of the chapter for me.

It was nice getting a chance to talk about myself in the story.
