Enemies

After the drama, I had to go through to relax I decided to go to my friend's dorm and wait for them there.

"Hey Ace," said Xavier entering the dorm followed by the rest of the guys.

"Hey," I said.

"Moving In already?" said Silv smirking.

I rolled my eyes "Please I can deal with a new loser for a roommate"

The four of them looked at each other.

"Uhuh," they all said not convinced.

While we hanged out I started thinking about Amelia.

Not on purpose just randomly.

How did she have all that bravery to slap me?

Not a single person would do that knowing who I am.

"Hey um Chase?" said Tyler.

"What's up?" I asked.

"Can I tell you something?" said Ty unsure.

"Sure," I said half listening.

"Well while I was passing by in the hallway I saw April with her friends bullying your roommate Amelia If it wasn't because I helped her she would've gotten hurt," said Ty.

I ignored everything he said except when he mentioned Amy.

"What? Why would April do such a thing" I said confused.

"I thought you told her to do it," said Ty frowning.

"No, but why would she do that?

"Obviously she would do anything for her "Ace"

I huffed that was true.

"Where is Amelia now?" I asked concerned.

"I don't know I thought I saw her go to the pool area but I also think I saw April..." said Tyler wincing.

"WHAT?!" I yelled.

"Chase? What's wrong man?" said Zach looking at me.

Knowing April she would try to do something to any girl who got close to me or so she says.

"I got to go," I said grabbing my sweatshirt and running out the door.

God darn it April!!

As I got closer to the pool area I saw April coming out the exit doors unaware of me being there.

When she turned around she bumped into me.

"A-Ace?" said April gulping.

"Where is she?" I asked.

"I have no idea what you are talking about" stammered April.

"AMELIA WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?!' I exploded my blue eyes turning black.

April paled "I-I didn't do anything to that loser"

I glanced at the exit door and looked back at her.

My eyes widened when I suddenly realized what she did.

I pushed her aside and opened the door.

"C-Chase Don't go in!" yelled April.

I ignored her and turned the lights on.

I saw a girl in the pool drowning.

Except it wasn't any girl.

The girl was Amelia.

I took my sweatshirt off and dove headfirst into the water.

I grabbed her and got out of the pool.

"Amelia?! Wake up!" I said shaking her gently.

I was panicking.

I don't save people.

But for some reason, every instinct was telling me to help her.

Quickly I reacted and did CPR on her.

She coughed up water and groaned.

Relieved I got my sweatshirt and covered her with it.

Picking her up I walked out of the pool area and saw students all gathered around.

I heard gasps as people saw me come out of the exit doors carrying Amelia.

I walked over to April who stared at me in shock.

"You... are the worst person I have ever met," I said glaring at her.

"A-Ace you know me I would never-"

"STOP LYING! JUST BECAUSE EVERYONE ADORES YOU DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO END SOMEONE's LIFE!" I snapped at her.

April shrank and embarrassed she ran off followed by her friends.

"Chase!" said the guys running towards me.

"Dude your all soaked!" said Xavier throwing me a towel.

"Who's the girl?" asked Silvio.

"Now everyone go back to your dorms this is all over," said Tyler controlling the crowd.

"She's cold I need to take her to our dorm," I said.

"On it," said Zach.

I glanced at Amelia.

She was shivering and coughing a lot.

As I walked towards our dorm with her in my arms I realized something.

When I performed CPR on her that basically counts as a kiss.

WAIT MY FIRST KISS?!

All this time I've dated girls that are at my league but I had my first kiss with a girl I hate?

I brushed that thought away and focused on getting Amelia safe and warm.

As I opened the door of our dorm I saw Shadow Star sitting on the side of Amy's bed.

She looked up when I entered and her eyes darkened when she saw me carrying Amy.

"What did you do to her?" demanded Shadow Star.

I ignored her I didn't want to fight again.

"I'm talking to you!" said Shadow Star turning me around.

I growled "I didn't do anything to her you freak I found her drowning in the pool area thanks to April I had nothing to do with this"

"Sure you probably set this up didn't you?"

"If you don't believe me then that's your problem" I replied cooly.

I think she realized that I was being honest for she let me set Amelia down on her bed.

"Is she okay?" asked Shadow Star.

"I gave her CPR she will be fine I think," I said.

"Surprising that you saved her when you were a jerk to her this morning..." said Shadow Star.

"Im, not that mean all the time," I said softly.

I got up getting ready to leave.

"Chase hold up!" said Shadow Star.

"What?" I asked.

"Tell April that next time she hurts my friend I will end her and those stupid friends of hers," said Shadow Star angrily.

"Will Do," I said.

"Also I'll tell Amy what you did for her she will be thankful for it," said Shadow Star.

I just nodded and left.

I knew I was going to get in trouble for helping Amelia.

With the reputation, I have Im not supposed to help others that the opposite of me.

But like I said I felt the need to do it.

Somehow I couldn't let Amy die.

Im going to figure out why though.
