A new Day

After both of them clearly expressed their feelings, now Jay and Ana can be said to have become lovers.

It took almost an hour before Jay finished cleaning his cart, and after that he went back to the kitchen to get water for his father to make meatballs and several other things that needed to be prepared.

During that time, his mom who had also woken up, had almost finished her morning cooking, and quickly prepared lunch for herself and Celine.

Because the distance is quite far and in order to save energy and money, usually the mother will make lunch for herself and Celine.

It takes 4 to 5 hours to prepare all the meatball products, so they are ready for sale, and it starts from early morning until mid-afternoon around 10-11 am.

There are various variations of meatballs that the father sells, from pure meatballs which only contain ground beef mixed with a little chicken, there are also those containing boiled chicken eggs, there are also those containing chopped beef tendons.

This type of meatball is usually the size of a tennis ball, and the rest will only be half the size of a ping pong ball.

With the addition of brewed noodles and bean sprouts and cleaned raw mustard greens, plus celery leaves and fried shallots, a bowl of meatballs is ready to be served.

Not long after that, Wijaya had to accompany his younger sister, Celine, at less than 8 o'clock, and after returning home he could rest for a while because here his father had finished making the meatballs.

And it takes approximately 1 to 2 hours to cool the meatballs with the help of a fan, so that the meatballs don't stick when they are sold and the texture inside can be maintained well.
