Kong leaned back in his chair, arms crossed with eyes narrowed at Krakenhouse. The plan she had laid out sounded insane, but it had merit. Desper had always been teetering on the edge of chaos, and unleashing a stampede of beasts would tip it over.
The population would panic, scatter into the streets, and the Police would be caught between trying to manage a terrified public and fend off deadly creatures. But could that be enough for these three to escape?
