Alyssa still in the woods. She is seated at the river bank close to the cave she slept in. She was lost in thoughts, Berk and the wolf comes to the scene.

"Alyssa!" Berk called. "See what we brought, breakfast,"

Berk adds and giggled.

"Alyssa!" He called again shaking Alyssa on her arm.

"Ugh! what's it Berk?" Alyssa groaned.

"We brought breakfast," Berk said showing Alyssa the fruits on his hands.

Alyssa hurriedly grabbed the fruits from Berk and starts eating hungrily. "Oh thank you Berk this is good," she said as she continued munching on the fruits, taking in all the succulent flavours, with no mercy she salivated each fruit until she was done.

She was a sucker for fruits.

The wolf walked towards Alyssa and sits besides her.

"Thank you for everything, you are extremely kind"

Alyssa said to the wolf.

"I owed you a favour remember, you don't need to thank me"

The wolf replied.

"So now can you tell me why you were wandering in the woods at late midnight,"

"Hmm!" Alyssa sighed and looked elsewhere.

"I found out that the woman I called mother for so many years isn't my real mother," then she looked back at the wolf.

"Oh I see, but still that isn't enough reason for you to go out in the middle of the night"

The wolf asked.

"I went out in search of my real parents,"

Alyssa replied.

"And how do you intend to do that?" The wolf asked curiously.

"Through the mirror of sequence, I found out about it from a book I found in the woman's room on a day I went to take care of her room. The mirror can reveal to me who my parents are and how to find them," Alyssa replied briskly.

"Hmm! you seem so sure," the wolf asked.

"Yes I am, I believe, I will find a way" Alyssa replied confidently.

Darrell sets out of Jack's house and heads to Melissa's house.

Darrell got to Melissa's house and knocks at the door but the door was opened by a man. Darrell looked puzzled at the sight of the Man.

"Good day sir please am looking for Melissa," Darrell said to the man.

"Good day, well come inside,"

Said the man to Darrell.

Darrell got inside the house and immediately the man transforms to Melissa.

"But how?" Asked Darrell puzzled.

"Darrell that's just one of the powers of a white witch"

Melissa replied.

"A witch? you are a witch?" Darrell asked surprised.

"A white witch Darrell, there are two types of witches, the black witch which is the killer witch, they destroy and make enemies, but the white witch communes with the spirits and help great guardians like you find answers, and I am at your service" Melissa said and bows.

"Oh! I see, I was sent here by my uncle to see you," Darrell said and seats down on one of Melissa's couch.

"That means, your journey has just begun," Melissa replied and walks to her book shelf, she picks a book and came back and sat beside Darrell.

"My journey?"Darrell asked confused.

"Yes Darrell, your journey, it is time for you to fulfill destiny," Melissa said as she glanced through the book as if searching for something.

"What exactly is this destiny you keep talking about? what exactly is it?" Darrell asked.

"Well Darrell, after your parents died Norma Elspeth which is now the villian of the story, took over Monaserus, she took the king and queen somewhere which no one knows," Melissa said still glancing at the book.

"But my uncle told me the king and queen were dead" Darrell said.

"Hahaha, no Darrell, the king and queen are not dead, if the king and queen were dead, Norma Elspeth would have taken over the throne by now, you know for her to take over the throne she needs the Queen's powers for her to be able to hold the royal scepter" Melissa said now looking at Darrell.

"But she is royalty why can't she hold the royal scepter?"

Asked Darrell.

"The royal scepter can be held by only the one who was blessed by the first royal, the queen was blessed by her father before given the royal scepter but Norma Elspeth wasn't blessed by her father, so I believe she must have kept the queen somewhere, which you need to find out Darrell, and that is why you are chosen," Melissa said.

"Oh! Wait, wait i am just here to avenge the death of my parents how does that link me to the king and queen," Darrell asked.

"As a guardian your duty is to protect the royal family, your duty is to protect the entire Monaserus and you are going to do that by killing Norma Elspeth and saving the royal home," Melissa replied.

"Ok.." Darrell replied and exhaled.

"And mind you the king and queen once had a daughter but she was taken away by a stranger as a baby, no one knows who that is yet but I believe as you proceed in your journey you should be able to unravel this mystery," she said then she moves her finger rapidly and a sword and a map appears on her hand.

"Since you know so much why didn't you just do it," Darrell asked looking at Melissa confused.

"Ahh! Darrell I am not a guardian, I'm a white witch, you are the one chosen for this, I will only give you guidelines but you will have to figure it out, here take this.

Giving Darrell a map and a sword.

"This is an enchanted map it will direct you through your paths, the first thing you need is the 'gem of balance' you will get this, in the Mowgli hill but as you move further you will find out the rest of the things you will need and Monaserus will be safe,"

Then she takes an oil from a bowl and rubs on Darrell's forehead, and also wore Darrell a medallion.

"This will protect you from your enemies you shall remain invisible in their sight" Melissa said and sits down close to Darrell.
