New Ally

"No, I'll do it myself, he is my responsibility!" The person on his knees finally found motivation to do what he feared to do, in all his life he had only use his power to protect his brother but to think that same power would be use to end the life of the person whom he had protected all this time.

At that moment the faint spiritual pressure he emitted soared high, as the air around him became dense, his body began to glow with a golden hue as each step he took caused the ground below his feet to sink.

"I'm sorry James, I promise I shall avenge you!" He said with a road as with a single punch the head of the terrified demon exploded before turning into dust.

"AHhh!!!!!"

Silver watched the pathetic state of the figure in front of him as he wondered what it had to do with the Azure blood clan.

"What happened, how did he turn out like that?" Silver asked after seeing that the boy had gotten calm.

"I don't see how it has anything to do with you, it's my business and not yours!" He said while attempting to stand up. "Sometimes one man business might be too much for one man alone, if I had left you to your business earlier you would already been dead!" Silver said in a cold voice as all he wanted was information concerning the Azure blood clan.

"I'm sorry, you're right... My name is Ark, I come from the Steelheart family, my family had a close relationship wit a clam known as the Azure blood clan, they wanted a marriage proposal with my brother, according to them he had a special ability that would benefit them greatly, my family agreed in exchange for a fifth grade treasure, as my closest family, I followed him to the Azure blood clan, after about two weeks my brother was starting to act strange, he was always sick and the Clan elders couldn't care less, they said he no longer has any use."

"I was furious and so I left the clan with my brother, when I returned back to my family, they branded us as traitors and banished us, I decided to take my brother to the Imperial temple to treat him and on my he turned into a demon and that's all that happened!" The boy whose name appeared to be Ark said in a sad ton as tears rolled down his eyes.

"Do you want revenge on the Azure clan?" Silver asked curiously, Ark let out a pained sigh as he stared into the sky. "The Azure blood clan is not something I can handle even if I were to train for a hundred years. What I saw was only the surface of their power but yet it felt more than What a three star clan was supposed to have. It would be suicide for me. If only I was stronger!" Ark said in a low voice as he stood up from his knees.

"Then how about we grow stronger together, I also have a score to settle with the Azure blood clan, I see a brighter future for the both of us!" Silver purposed as his bluish silver eyes reflected hope for Ark.

"If what you say is true, then I swear until we accomplish our goals I shall only fight for you! ...".."Call me Silver, My name is Silver!"

Silver and Ark continued to walk towards the nearby city that was about three hundred kilometers from the forest so they had about three days to bond. They both asked questions about each other, silver didn't reveal he was a member if the snow eagle clan and only did he was from the Chronowhirl family and as for his strength, he told him that formed a soul weapon and was the halberd he used earlier, Silver wasn't surprised that Ark had also formed a soul weapon as his strength could be considered impressive.
