Vol. 04 Ch. 21 – May I Touch It?

When Arthur was 5 years old, he was able to carry out routine exercises conducted by prospective Elite Marine at Marinefold. His body was ready to practice Rokushiki so Saint Adam summoned the Admiral and Vice-Admiral to train Arthur. Sebas couldn't train Arthur Rokushiki because he only mastered [Soru] and [Geppo]. Little Arthur was practicing alone when his future teacher arrived, Admiral Zephyr and Vice-Admiral Tsuru.

Tsuru: "Is he really a 5-year-old child?" Tsuru was a little surprised to see little Arthur doing exercises that could be considered strenuous for prospective elite Marines.

Zephyr: "At first I was upset when I got the command to train young Tenryuubito, but seeing him impressed me a little." Zephyr also had the same thought as Tsuru when he saw Arthur practice.

Sebas: "Young master Arthur, the teacher who will train you Rokushiki has arrived." Sebas suddenly appeared behind Arthur when Arthur finished his routine training.

Arthur: "I hope he's not Garp."

Arthur was a little afraid if he received training from Garp after remembering the One Piece episode where Garp trained Luffy. But all of Arthur's anxiety disappeared after seeing 3 people entering the training area. One of them is Admiral Zephyr who looks wise with his neat short hair and wearing glasses, his body is muscular and he still has both hands showing he is still very strong. Zephyr wore a purple suit and didn't forget the Marine's special coat on his back.

Next to Zephyr was Vice-Admiral Tsuru, she was a tall, thin old woman with gray hair tied around a bun. Her clothes appeared to be less formal than the other high-ranking officers, which consisted of a shirt that was not tucked, with a rolled arm, a tie around her neck and gloves on her both hands.

But Arthur was more interested in the young girl who walked behind Admiral Zephyr and Vice-Admiral Tsuru. Gion, or who will be known as Momousagi. Gion is a slender woman with red lipstick, long curly black hair tied back, and a mole on the right side of her face under her mouth. She wore a Marine coat on her shoulders like a robe, and her sleeves were pink and had pink markings. Her Marine coat has a hood, though she usually keeps it. Underneath, she wore a short-sleeved pink shirt, with a frilled collar and an open neckline that revealed cleavage. She wears dark brown shorts and black heels. She also has a black spider tattoo on her left thigh.

Arthur: "Welcome and thank you for your willingness to teach me. My name is Anemone Arthur, please help me for the next few weeks. " Arthur said his greetings when the three of them walked up in front of Arthur.

Zephyr: "Not bad, you have minimal criteria for someone I can teach. I am Admiral Zephyr, you can call me Z-Sensei. " Zephyr was satisfied with the attitude and abilities he saw from Arthur, but different from Tsuru.

Arthur: "Thank you, Z-Sensei!" Arthur glanced at Tsuru whose gaze could make young children acknowledge their nosiness.

Tsuru: "Vice-Admiral Tsuru. Zephyr will teach you about fighting and Rokushiki while I will teach you about fighting tactics. And this is Gion, Rear Admiral on my ship. " Tsuru introduced herself and Gion after winking and changing their eyes to look more normal.

Arthur: "Thank you, Tsuru-Sensei. Nice to meet you, Gion-Nessan. " Arthur smiled like an innocent 5-year-old child in general.

Gion: "Nessan?" Gion was a little surprised by his call from Arthur.

The first days of Arthur's training were normal, though Arthur's abilities were far more than normal. His physical body abilities are the same as adults and his mind is smarter than them, even though Arthur is still 5 years old. In the morning Zephyr taught Arthur about the basic Rokushiki and continued with sparring, of course Zephyr did not use all his abilities. Arthur who has been trained by Sebas for more than 2 years can accept all the teachings of Zephyr well.

Zephyr: "Tell me, Arthur, what do you want by practicing fighting?" Zephyr asked when he first started training Arthur.

Arthur: "Certainly to protect the people I love." Arthur firmly answered the easy question from Zephyr.

Zephyr: "You know that you are Tenryuubito, right?" Zephyr tried to find out the mindset of the 5-year-old child in front of him.

Arthur: "I know, I am a World Noble, a descendant of one of the 20 kings who form the World Government. Of course I know all that. " Arthur tilted his head as if he did not understand the meaning of Zephyr's question.

Zephyr: "If you know that, the Marine is the military power of the World Government, and the Marine will protect you all. Then why do you still want to practice? " Zephyr changed his question.

Arthur: "Can the Marine protect me from all danger when I want to get out of Mary Geoise?" Arthur's short question made Zephyr speechless.

Zephyr: "..." Zephyr wants to answer 'definitely' but he knows that the Grand Line is always full of surprises and many forces oppose the Marine and World Government.

Gion: "Then join the Marine! That way you can protect your loved ones and the many people from danger, especially Pirates. " Gion who appeared suddenly in the practice arena gave advice.

Arthur: "... I'll think about that." Arthur give short silence to look like as he thought for a moment before answering.

Gion: "Good, then, think carefully." Gion nodded with Arthur's answer.

Arthur: "Gion-Nesan, from the first time I met yesterday I wanted to ask something from Nesan."

Gion: "What's that?"

Arthur: "Can I touch your mole?"

Seeing Gion's expression change immediately makes Arthur run and make Zephyr laugh at this boy's behavior. Next is Tsuru class, where she give lesson about tactic and make a plan. For Arthur, the training from Tsuru is the hardest, this old woman seems to be able to guess everything on your mind. Even Doflamingo was afraid of Tsuru and her Fleet when on the island of Minion until leave all the treasure chests on the beach.

Tsuru: "Tell me honestly why do you want to practice? Don't tell me you want to be like your mother? " Tsuru stood in front of Arthur's desk when they were about to start tactics class and battle planning lessons.

Arthur: "I want to protect the person I love ... and go sailing freely to see the contents of this world." Arthur who was not able to see Tsuru's gaze immediately continued his words.

Tsuru: "So you want to be a pirate like your mother?"

Arthur: "It depends on some people judgment who using the slogan 'justice' like behind your coat." Arthur smiled with a slight mocking of the Marine.

Tsuru: "Looks like you need to be cleaned." Tsuru immediately activated his devil fruit ability.

Arthur: "I've been washed, I've been hung, but it feels refreshing."
