Ch.7 Adventuring 101

After I and Narberal left the city we went towards the plains where our quest was it was a long journey.

I was really thinking about using the gate to go there but sometimes a man has to do sacrifices.

Well, at least I had the time to talk(flirt) with Narberal.

Who would have thought that she can be so cute while blushing?

After finally getting to the plains I was really thinking hard whatever should I use my scythe or should I use something else after a while I chose one set of my special short swords.

When the first goblins showed up it was a group of about ten.

I waited for them to get closer and when they did I launched at them.

The first half of them couldn't even comprehend what has happened and I was already near them slashing their throats.

A few of the second half tried to run but I just got in front of them and cut them down.

The rest started doing some sound most likely calling the rest of them for help.

Then the help came but there were goblins hobgoblins and Ogres.

First I killed the goblins then I moved towards the Ogres the first one tried to swing his giant wooden club at me but I just ducked and cut his arm off then I slashed his throat.

The rest was easy two tried to gang up on me but I just swirled like a fuckin tornado slashing both of them to death.

The ones left started panicking a few tried to run but I just slashed their legs and finished them off.

And last but not least were the hobgoblins most of them got crushed by falling bodies of the ogres so left alive were just a few of them when I killed with a swift slash of the swords I was done with the quest.

Now onto the not so pretty part yesterday I found out from adventurers(victims) that you need to take trophies from the bodies of the monsters as unlike in YGGRASDIL they don't drop any loot or anything else.

So I cut off their ears to have evidence of killing them. When we were getting ready to leave towards the village.

Another group of adventurers came it seems they had a quest of exterminating Ogres in this area but they were taken care of by me so they were disappointed.

After a while of explaining what happened.

I found out that their party was named Swords of darkness (edgy).

Its members were leader Peter Mauk, Mage Ninya which I didn't know if he/she was a very feminine boy or a girl, Druid Dyne Woodwonder, and flirting asshole Lukrut Volve.

They asked where we were going now so I told them that we were going to the near village they said that they too were going there because of an escort quest.

They were to escort Nifrea there.

When I heard that name I thought that my luck is something else as I was planning on finding him in the city after I got back.

So after talking for a while we went together everything went smoothly as it could except for me glaring at Lukrut for trying to flirt with Narberal I was really on edge if I should kill him or not.

I asked Nifrea a few questions about his and his grandma's research.

While thinking about how to get them both loyal to Nazarick as their talent and knowledge was nothing to scoff at.

But then he said something that gave me an idea he asked if I could tell him how he should get a girl he likes.

He most likely thought that I and Narberal were a couple in which I didn't correct him.

When I asked the name of the girl he said that her name was Enri Emmot.

It was one of the sisters that I saved in the village so I knew how to make him loyal to Nazarick.

I just had to help him get the girl as the girl was part of the village that I saved and as well Nazarick's outside territory so he would be automatically part of the village if he was in a relationship with Enri.
