Ulysses couldn't seem to fathom how people get the idea that he's selfless. 

"You have no idea what you did, do you?" 

"Don't get me wrong," Ulysses replied. "I do have trouble remembering people's names and faces. Well, you might be too insignificant for me to remember everything." 

Jason Mao's face darkened as a disgusting look appeared on his face. "Insignificant, huh?" Jason snarled at Ulysses. "That's exactly like you. Fine, I'll show you who's insignificant now." 

Rin rubbed his forehead, feeling tired. "You don't get tired of trash-talking, do you? Fine, let's get this over with. I had enough of your ugly face."

Rin breathed in and out in quick succession as magical energy surged through his veins, and the mark on his chest, producing extra power to empower his body. He was not really that good at copper armament yet, but he followed on with the new ability as it had a more practical use in battle than [Hand of the Guardian].
