In the morning I removed our anchors then then let the submarine float up to the surface.

I went to the control room and set out to my private island.

it was about 70 acres and cost me

700,000 dollars.

the seller said that there was a huge log cabin there which cost 300,000, the location of the cabin was not ideal, so he reduced the price to 300,000.

he said there was a lake that was 5 acres wide.

so we could go swimming with the fish.

the house has 26 bedroom and 30 bathrooms, two living rooms, a big indoor and outdoor kitchen and a grand dinning area.

it has a basement which could be turned into a wine cell or me and kai's bedroom.

it has a ranch attached to it for rearing animals and fertile soils good for planting.

I didn't waste time to pay him up.

it took us two days to get there and when we did get there, I anchored the submarine at the back of the island and we got down.

everything was over grown the grass reached my waist some trees had falling .

the lake was dirty but some animals still thrive be beneath that green gunk.

the house furniture and appliances are out dated.

they are no bunk beds.

after giving everyone a room, there are only 5 bedrooms left.

those who can share with there lover or friend will have one bedroom and get to pick which one they like.

after assigning rooms we all go outside to take care of our new home.

I and Mo cleared the whole place with telekinesis, we where pulling out weeds and non useful plants.

I told my mother in-law to help with the planting.

after Mo, Lora, Kai, my mom, David, Leo and I planted the crops I told mother in-law to quicken there growth rate to pre mature and live them like that.

then they will grow naturally.

I asked her to grow more trees around the lake and the little hills.

and the rest of the plants will be grown naturally.

I put David,Mo,Shiro and Leo in charge of the lake.

within a couple of hours the lake was crystal clear, Leo andodid almost all the work.

he made 150 clones of himself to clean up the lake.

Mo just lifted whatever trash he saw and threw them into a pile.

Kai and I cut down some trees before planting more.

we wanted to build a shed.

the trees we cut down where thick and tall.

I used the tools on the sub to shape and smooth the wood.

within a day this place is looking good.

we ate dinner and relaxed into our new home.

The next day:

I plan on building a underground storage unit, recycling some containers and upgrading on of our boats.

I decide to build the underground storage 350 feet away from the house but it will be connected using a tunnel which will lead inside our room.

all hand on deck for this project.

first we dig a huge hole 100 foot wide on all sides.

then we shape the trees into long planks before nailing them together to make plank floors and walls, the same thing for the tunnel.

I then carry all the containers off the sub into the hole in the floor.

we did the same for the roof piece but we custom made a door which was 40 feet on both sides for accessing and dropping another container.

then we built it like a door but you had to climb up to access it .

afterwards we covered it with soil.

but a huge bunker like door is sticking out.

was used to level the ground around the house.

my mother in-law the grew grass to cover the soil. it took us three days to complete.

we had two empty container next to our lake.

I was planning on turning it into a home of some kind.

I told them the plan and they got to work .

I was tired from carrying those containers the whole afternoon.

after a couple of hours I joined in the build.

it had no solid electronics or furniture.

there was only a mini fridge and counter's.

there where 2 lofts and 4 bedrooms.

a family of 8 could live here.

same goes for the other container.

the widows where big and beautiful so where the doors .

I was an open floor plan.

only bedrooms where closed off.

the build wasn't complete yet but there is nothing more we could do.

a few days later jinx,Kai,Lora,Nathan and i.

where planning on upgrading on of our boats.

we went into the garage and entered a small yacht, there was a small kitchen, a bar,a huge living room , and 12 cramped bed rooms , these where the smallest bedrooms I ever saw.

there was no room for a mini sitting room.

but on the bright side I think I can manage to fit Snows crib in her with out having trouble moving around.

the closest where okay.

the bed was a queen size in every room.

there was a pool table next to bar but I got ride of it I told li and the rest to keep it in the log house loft space .

I got ride of unnecessary things but the bar table was nailed to the ground.

I just emptied it out and put all my tools in the cupboards.

in the living room we got rid of everything. the TV and couches and we just put weapons on all the walls there.

and the remaining floor space was for more items we might find .

the control section was left the same is just that there are 15 guns on the empty walls.

we emptied out a bedroom so we could put bullets and bombs.

there where 7 bathroom so some had to share.

we then went to the deck and got rid of the furniture.

I help jinx install two home made cannons .

and in the top part of the control room I placed a cannon there.

I brought in a mini fridge for Snow and.

there was a cold room out side but I still wanted this mini fridge for ourselves.

and plus to access the cold room we had to go out side then come out again.

the only problem with the yacht is that not a lot of people can live here.

I then went back to my old room upstairs and went into the secret compartment.

I brought along the blood 10 blood pearls and a bottle of water.

I gathered the former soldiers and jinx family ,I told them how it should be taken and they did as told .

the next day :
