It's illegal

"Evie, I think that you should slow down, we don't even know if fake blood can be made" said Matt as he looked at Evie, he knew just how excited she could be, so he had to make her calm down first.

"No, no Matt, if Annie has an idea of making fake blood, then she can certainly make it, right Annie?" asked Evie as she smiled and she looked at Annie.

"Umm, no, not exactly Evie, I only had an idea, I don't know if it's actually possible" said Annie as she looked at Evie

"Then ask Curtis if it's possible" said Evie as she had her mind made up, she was not going to drink blood, never, but she also knew that her parents and Grandparents and siblings and everyone was worried about her, and she was sick and tired of feeling terribly hungry, so if there was a way for Annie to make her some fake blood that was in no way like blood, but could still give her all the nutrients that she needed as a vampire, then she would take it with no questions asked.

"He says that he's not sure" said Annie as Evie looked at Ollie who seemed to be thinking.

"Prince Oliver, what do you think?" asked Evie as she looked at Ollie she was sure that he knew something about this, he was the Prince of the Witch Realm after all.

"Well I mean, there is no doubt that making fake blood with magic is possible, even though no one has tried it before, it is still possible" said Ollie.

"Yayy, you see" said Evie as she smiled, she could not wait for Annie to make some for her so she could get off this stupid, annoying bed.

"But" said Maddie as she could sense a bit coming up.

"But, it's not making it that's the problem, it's making sure that by making fake blood, you won't be breaking any magic rules against creation" said Ollie.

"Magic rules?" asked Matt as Ollie nodded.

"Yes Magic rules, there are several of them, and one of the tightest rules are on creation, just because you know, creation is very dangerous, and rules are set in place to protect the realm and the wellbeing of everyone" said Ollie.

"Wait, wait, so you are saying that it's illegal to make fake blood for me?" asked Evie as Ollie looked at her.

"Highly probably that it is, but we don't know for sure" said Ollie as Evie groaned, she could not win now could she.

"But how can we be sure that it's illegal?" asked Maddie as Ollie looked at her.

"I know how we can be sure" said Ollie.

"And how is that?" asked Evie as Ollie looked at Annie, Maddie and Matt.

"Guys, let's go to the library, I need to check something" said Ollie.

"Okay" said Matt.

"Yes, yes, you all go, figure out if you can make fake blood for me or not, and get back to me with positive news" said Evie as she smiled.

And Matt shook his head.

"Come on, let's go" said Ollie as he walked out the room and the others followed after him as Evie looked at the empty glass jar, she was still so thirsty.

"Why did you call us all here blondie?" asked Maddie as she looked at Ollie who was busy clearing the huge table in the library.

"Well because we need to think about this logically, I mean good and bad sides of this, if there will be side effects, and also, if first of all, we are allowed to do this" said Ollie as Annie nodded, he was very right about that.

"Mhmm, we know that, so why are we here?" asked Maddie as Ollie looked at her.

"I need to ask some permission from someone who is an expert on things like this" said Ollie as he cleared the table and he placed his right hand on the table as he started to draw around it with his index finger and yellow lining formed on wherever he traced his hand on as Annie, Maddie and Matt all watched him.

Ollie drew what looked like a strange pattern of some sort as Ollie closed the circle that he drew with different shapes inside as he removed his hand from the table and the hit it with his hand shaped like a fist and he counted to three as the table melted and as it did, a glass wall rose up.

"What did you do?" asked Maddie.

"Shush Maddie, everyone be quiet" said Ollie as a man appeared on the glass.

"Oh Prince Oliver, you are the one calling me, it is such a surprise" came the voice of the man.

"Yes Professor Reagan, sorry to disturb you" said Ollie as he smiled.

"No, not at all my Prince, you know that you can call me anytime, what can I do for you?" asked Professor Reagan with a smile.

"Yes, I was actually curious about some restrictions on the creation spell" said Ollie.

"Like what?" asked Professor Reagan.

"I mean, can the creation spell create blood?" asked Ollie.

"It can, It is not limited with blood" said Professor Reagan.

"And what about altered blood?" asked Ollie.

"Altered in what way?" asked Professor Reagan.

"Altered in such a way that the blood is not real blood, but still with all the nutrients needed for an example of vampire feeding, without the red colour, in that was, in theory it should work right?" asked Ollie.

"Well yes Prince Oliver, it should, as long as you have a catalyst, like a dummy copy of the original blood, maybe like some animal blood would do" said Professor Reagan.

"I thought the same" said Ollie.

"What you would be doing essentially would be using an animals blood as a basis of what the fake blood should be able to do, provide nutrition and whatnot" said Professor Reagan.

"I see" said Ollie.

"I will send you a book about this, it should be more explanatory" said Professor Reagan.

"Thank you Professor Reagan" said Ollie as he smiled and Professor Reagan smiled at he ended the call and the glass wall broke as the table appeared back where It was, looking as normal as usual.

"So there we have it, we are allowed to make fake blood, but we need a copy of some animal blood" said Ollie as he looked at Annie, Maddie and Matt.

"Well that's reassuring" said Maddie as In the same moment a book dropped from the celling as Ollie caught it.

"And this should help us" said Ollie as he smiled and he showed them the book.

"Annie, this is your idea, so you should read this" said Ollie as he handed the book to Annie.

"Umm, I don't think I'm going to be able to do anything" said Annie.

"Not on your own you won't we are going to help you, right guys?" asked Ollie as he smiled.

"Of course we will" said Matt as he smiled and Maddie just scoffed, of course, once again Ollie to the rescue, it was so annoying.

"But first of all, we have to ask for permission first before we do anything like this, it's dangerous for us to mess with things like this, we need to have permission" said Ollie.

"You don't have to worry about that, I will go and ask my parents and Grandfather for permission" said Matt as he walked out of the library to do so very quickly, he could tell that Evie could no longer hold on, she was getting more stressed by the moment.

"I am going to find Curtis" said Annie as she walked out to the library, she needed some of his advice, which left Maddie and Ollie alone in the library as Maddie was looking at him,

"What?" asked Ollie as he smiled and he looked at Maddie.

"What was that thing that you did on the table blondie?" asked Maddie.

"Oh that, It's jus a way to call some members of the High Council in an emergency, each High Council member has a different pattern on their crest that you can draw to call one of them" said Ollie as he smiled.

"I see, that's interesting" said Maddie as Ollie smiled at her and she walked away and shook her head, this guy was so annoying.

Ollie just sighed and he shook his head as he smiled, at least Maddie didn't insult him like she usually did, that was progress, or at least he thought that it was.

"Let's see if I can find some more information about this" said Ollie as he looked at some more books in the library, he was sure that it was going to be fun to make fake blood, it would be something that he had never done before, and also, it would be nice to do something for Evie.
