"No you are wrong, I do still wish you dead" said Maddie as she replied.

"But someone who does wish me dead, will not save me" said Ollie as he smiled and Maddie sighed, she was so deeply regretting that right now, curse her good nature, she should have just let him fall, but she knew that she would never be able to do that at all.

"Look Blondie, the only reason that I "saved" you was because of one thing, and one thing only" said Maddie as she put air quotes around the word save, she did not save him, she just though quickly that's what happened.

"And that is because you like me" said Ollie as he smiled.

"No you stupid Blondie" said Maddie as she shook her head.

"That was because I don't want to become an enemy of the witch Realm" said Maddie.

"It's simple, when we get this all over with, and you died, and we all continued with our lives and returned to the witch realm, we would all be arrested, because you died" said Maddie.

"I don't know about you, but I do not want to be held responsible for the death of the only son of the King and Queen of the Witch Realm, if we return without you, we will be in serious trouble, and we wouldn't be able to live our lives in peace" said Maddie.

"So get that into your big head Blondie, I didn't save you because I like you, I saved you because if I didn't we would all be held for the murder of the Prince of the Witch Realm, and I don't want to be a criminal, thank you very much" said Maddie as she shook her head.

"Mhmm right" said Ollie as he did not seem to believe Maddie at all, sure her reasoning was valid, but he knew that she was not that heartless for that to be her only reason for her have saved him.

"What are you thinking about Blondie?" asked Maddie as she saw the smug look on Ollie's face that irked her so much.

"Nothing, just that you don't hate my guts" said Ollie as he smiled and Maddie scoffed.

"Let's get one thing straight Prince Oliver… I still hate you, very much so that I cannot bear to stand the look of your very, very ugly face, so I only took out time out of my precious day to explain to you, why I did not just let you die, because I am really started to regret it, but regardless, we are here, and we are stuck, just don't talk to me, or look at me like that again, or else, I will smash your face in" said Maddie.

"I only said that I don't want you dead, but I never said anything about not being allowed to hurt you Blondie, warn yourself" said Maddie as she did not wait for Ollie to reply to her as she just walked to catch up at Annie and Curtis who were long gone seeing as she had stopped to explain to this Blondie why she saved him.

Ollie only smiled, at least now he knew that she did not hate him, it made him feel better, before, he was just so angry with Maddie for the way that she was with him, but now that he got confirmation that she actually had a heart, it made him happy.

Ollie smiled happily as he caught up to Annie, Curtis and Maddie who had stopped.

"We are almost there, I think that we should be there by evening time" said Curtis.

"I hope so" said Maddie as she sighed, she was tired of all this walking, besides she missed Matt, she wanted him back, her was her best buddy, and now she was starting to miss him, oh boy was she going to deal with the girl that kidnapped him.

"Come on, what are we waiting for, let's go already" said Annie as she ran ahead, she could not wait to see Matt again, he had bene gone for so long.

"We better follow her before she hurts herself" said Maddie as she ran after Annie and she sighed.

Annie stopped running when she looked around them, and she saw nothing at all, as suddenly, she heard a mighty caw.

"On no, don't tell me that is what I think it is" said Maddie as she looked up in the sky and they all heard a caw again.

"That sounds like an Eagle" said Ollie as he and Curtis caught up to Maddie and Annie as they looked up into the sky.

"Wow geez, thanks for that conclusion genius" said Maddie in sarcasm as Ollie just smiled at her.

"You are welcome" said Ollie as he smiled and Maddie rolled his eyes at him.

"Unn duck you guys" said Annie as she saw the Eagle come out of the clouds as It looked like it was coming straight for them as they all quickly fell down to the ground to take cover.

"No, that thing is trying to eat us" said Maddie as she looked up as the Eagle grazed past them back into the sky.

"That's the same Eagle that took Matt, I am certain of it" said Ollie as he looked up.

"Then it means that Lilith girl Is trying to keep us away" said Maddie as they all stood up as the Eagle cawed again, but this time even louder than before.

"No, we are not going to stand for this, I am not going to stand for this, we are going to get Matt, and right now, and that Eagle, or no one else will stop us, because I am sick and tired of all this nonsense" said Annie in anger, they were so close, and that Eagle was trying to stand in their way, no she would not let that slide at all.

"We need to take cover, because that Eagle doesn't look like it's playing at all" said Curtis as Elvis cawed once again as it circled around them, ready to go down again, as per Lilith's orders, he would keep them very far away from the cave.

Elvis made his descent as he was going straight for Annie, he was going to pick her up, and throw her away.

"Annie come on, we need to split up, take cover under the rocks he should not be able to get us there, go now" said Curtis as he held Annie's hand, and Ollie and Maddie nodded as they split up, as Annie and Curtis took cover under a rock as Ollie and Maddie did the same as Elvis came down, but he could see none of them at all as he landed on the ground and he looked around as he scratched the ground with his claws.

He walked around, until he reached a rock, and he saw a hole in the rock as he pecked in it, as Annie and Curtis stayed very quiet as Elvis cawed, it was as if they all disappeared as he moved around.

"How long are we going to have to hide from him?" asked Annie as she looked at Curtis.

"Until he leaves" replied Curtis as Annie sighed.

"Here are your cookie my love" said Lilith as she smiled and she placed a plate of warm cookies in front of Matt.

"Are you sure that you didn't put anything in them?" asked Matt as he picked one cookie up and he looked at it.

"No I didn't my love, don't you trust me?" asked Lilith as she smiled.

"No, I don't trust you Lilith, honestly" said Matt as Lilith just smiled at him.

"Well you can trust these cookies my love, I made them just for you" said Lilith as she smiled and Matt ate the cookie.

"Is it good my love?" asked Lilith as she smiled and she sat down beside Matt.

"Yes, it's good" replied Matt.

"Yayy" said Lilith as she smiled.

"Lilith, where is Elvis? I haven't seen him all day?" asked Matt as he looked at Lilith.

"Ahh well he… he must be sleeping in his nest, which is not too far from here, he should be awake soon" said Lilith as she smiled as she lied.

"I see" said Matt.

"Yes my love, what's wrong, are you not happy here?" asked Lilith.

"I'm not happy Lilith, I'm not happy being here, stuck with you" said Matt.

"My Love, don't say that… you make me want to cry" said Lilith.

"First my mom dies… and then my dad, and then my nanny… my nanny who raised me, and then she died as well, leaving me all alone here, only Elvis, Elvis is the only one left, I don't want to be alone my love, I don't like to be alone" said Lilith as he cried and Matt sighed, he could tell that she had suffered a lot in her own way up here all alone.

"Oh Lilith, don't cry, okay" said Matt as he patted Lilith on her back and she rested her head on his shoulder.

"My love, please try to understand me, I don't want to be alone, I don't want you to leave, please don't leave my love, I won't be able to go on, please don't leave, promise me that you will stay my love" said Lilith as she sniffed and she looked into Matt's eyes.

"I cannot promise you that Lilith" said Matt as he replied and Lilith felt her heart shatter.

"And why not my love? Why? Don't you love me?" asked Lilith as she cried.

"I don't love you Lilith, I told you this many times" said Matt as he sighed and Lilith stopped resting on his shoulder as she looked at him with nothing but pure sadness.
