Caught
Katie looked at him for a moment before as some memories surfaced on the back of her head from before.
The clothes she gave him were her father's. There weren't many things in her house which belonged to her late family and the little things she had were those few clothes that belonged to her father and brothers.
The fitting of the shirt was not perfect and with the face, he possessed the shirt looked more shabby.
That was what Katherine thought.
"Thank you." The man uttered in a small voice, he took his seat back on the stool looking straight at the girl.
Not knowing what to do anymore Katherine was about to sit on the bed again when she heard him ask.
"Do you have something to eat?"
"Huh?"
"Do you have something to eat?" He repeated his question and Katherine nodded after giving some thoughts.
