Chapter 32

Despite the Chief's best efforts to keep the reemergence of the Second Age War hidden, he now has to make the decision to announce to the immortals living in the Heaven Realm and Hell Realm. He takes a deep breath, and glances over to the messenger who cowers slightly upon his mighty gaze. 

This timid man will announce to the two realms what he had failed to do.

Can he do that?
