Ch 42: Back in Patch
Getting back to the dorm.
"Where is Ruby? Something feels off."Kyra says
"She's back in patch you know where." Yang says
"Got it." Kyra says leaving so fast she leaves an afterimage behind.
"Why did Kyra leave so quickly?" Blake asks
"Ruby is going to her mothers grave." Yang says
"Oh." Blake say
Kyra on the roof of the dorms.
"Like folding a piece of paper." Kyra says warily as she's trying to make a wormhole with magic her body glows golden as her divinity is subconsciously used to stabilizing the gate.
After it opens she hops through it.

Taiyang was watching his youngest daughter at his second wife's grave.
"Hey mom, it's been awhile since I last visited. Things have been pretty busy. Oh dads here too. He's dad... he's still teaching at signal he said he's going to go out on some missions soon. I think he misses adventuring with you. I miss you too." Ruby says then listens to the silence.
Suddenly Taiyang hears a thud next to him.
He looks over to see Kyra on the ground.
Kyra gets up and looks at Ruby.
'Is she still in the cycle of reincarnation? Has she reincarnated yet?' Kyra asks herself wondering if she could bring back her soul for a few minutes.
Kyra's body starts glowing golden and her Aura, Ki, and Magic start draining really quickly.
"Mom!" Ruby shouts and falls through the ghost of her mother.
"Ruby? Look at how much you've grown." Ghost Summer Rose says with a warm smile and sees Kyra in the distance. She knows she won't have much time.
"Mom, I missed you." Ruby says
"I missed you too Ruby, however I can't stay." Ghost Summer says
"Why not?" Ruby asks
"Because I have died. In fact I don't have much time left here." Ghost Summer says knowing Kyra is running out of energy.
"Mom..." Ruby says sounding heart broken.
"Really Ruby? You know I will always be watching you. Now I have some stuff to tell you." Ghost Summer says
"What mom?" Ruby asks wiping away tears.
"Learn to use your eyes, and watch out for-" Ghost Summer says disappearing.
"Mom! Mom!?... Thank you." Ruby says crying a little.
Meanwhile Taiyang's dumbfounded, only to be brought back by another thud.
He looks over to see his adopted daughter unconscious on the ground covered in sweat.
Watching all of this from a distance is a black Raven.
Ruby turns around to see Kyra unconscious.
"Kyra!?" Ruby yells and petal bursts over to her.
"Let's take her home." Taiyang says picking her up.

"Ughh." Kyra groans waking up.
"That exhausted me and hurt a bit. Let's not do that again. Actually I don't think I can." Kyra says to herself
While Ruby on the other side of the door hears her.
"So it was you!" Ruby says walking in.
"I'm sorry Ruby I don't think I can bring her back ag-." Kyra is cut off by a kiss and a hug.
"I know, thank you for doing it." Ruby says to Kyra who sitting up in the bed.
"Look who's up." A woman's voice says from the door way.
"Amber?" Kyra asks
"Yeah, I'm kinda staying here till the tournament is over and Vale is safe." Amber says
"Cool." Kyra says
"So Ruby? Kyra?" Taiyang asks
"Dad remember how you said you would shoot my boyfriend with your dust shot gun?"Ruby asks
"Yes?" Taiyang says
"I'm not going to have a boyfriend." Ruby says holding Kyra close.
"At least I still have Yang to give me grandkids. Don't tell her I said that." Taiyang says
"Who says we can't give you grandkids?" Kyra asks
"We can?" Ruby askd
"I will find away." Kyra says then blushes a lot.
"You love birds need to head back to Beacon. The tournament starts tomorrow." Amber says shooing away the two blushing messes.
