Living In Wonderland

The cabin Juilan picked is magical. It's so cozy with two fireplaces. The host even gave us fuzzy socks, mugs, and ski equipment. We have such a great view of looking outside at all of the snow. Later on Julian and I are going to run to a convenience store and pick up some hats, scarfs, and mittens. I don't think we realized how cold it was going to be here.

"Madison." Julian called me

"What's up sweetie?" I asked

"We don't even need to worry about going out tonight. Apparently we get all we need to enjoy our stay." he said

"What do you mean by that?" I asked

"Well in a bit the housekeeper is going to come here and run any errands for us that we need. How great is that?" he asked

"That's perfect. Now I can call Luna and it won't matter how long we talk." I said

"Yep, while you talk to Luna I'm going to go ahead and plan what we should do tomorrow." he said

"That's nice of you honey." I replied

He went into the kitchen and left me in the living room. I went ahead and texted Luna some pictures first before I called her up.

"I'm so jealous it looks amazing over there." she texted

I went ahead and called her because I knew she was active.

"Hi Madison." she said

"Hey Luna, no need to get jealous we're going to bring you back some kind of souvenir." I reassured her

"You don't have too." she replied

"Nonsense. Now tell me all about the date. He didn't try to pull anything with you right?" I asked

"No, the date was strictly PG." she said teasing me

"It should have been G considering there was no parental guidance on that date." I said getting her back

"Funny Madison now let me tell you all about the date. This morning he took me out to breakfast. He took me to a restaurant called Lucy's Pancakes. Have you ever heard of it?" she asked

"Yah, I used to go there all the time when I was younger." I said

Lucas couldn't be all that bad if he ate at a family restaurant.

"And as you know we went swimming." she said

"Didn't you get sick?" I asked

"No we walked on the beach first looking for shells then later on we swam." she said

"Oh that's a relief." I said

"That's not all he also took me to a movie." she said

"How was it?" I asked

"It was good. Lucas was so sweet he put his arm around me the whole time." she said

Lucas must be crazy for Luna. I'm just glad he's treating her right but if he makes one slip up he'll be sorry.

"I should let you go. I want to see what all Juilan has planned for us tomorrow." I said

"Have fun." she said

I hung up and walked in the kitchen but Juilan wasn't in there. I opened the door and saw him outside talking to a young woman. Is that girl really a housekeeper? She looks younger than Luna! I ran to them to see what their conversation was all about.
