Asleep in his arms.

Looking around, Sean frowned when he saw the messy living room but because she had just moved in, he shrugged his OCD thoughts off.

Pushing a couple of boxes to the corner, she said. "Mr. Wesley, Please sit."

"Anna, Why don't you unbox these first and arrange everything," Sean said. Taking off his blazer, Sean started folding his sleeves. "Let me help you with this."

Anna widened her eyes in shock and asked, "What?"

Raising his eyebrows, Sean asked, "Is there any problem?" When Anna shook her head, he continued folding his sleeves.

Sean started walking towards the nearest box. Bending down, he took off the tape and rolled it into a ball. Grabbing an empty paper bag that was lying on the floor, he tossed the tape ball inside the bag.

"Thank you."

Tucking a strand of hair behind her ear when he bit her lower lip, he gulped in nervousness. Not only did his throat feel dry but he was also feeling very pleasurably uncomfortable.

Resisting the strange and strong urge to caress her lips, he took a deep breath and reluctantly turned around.

"Where should I keep these?" Sean asked before picking up the books.

"Hmm why don't you just keep it there and I'll arrange them later."

After arranging Anna and Sean were having dinner together.

Anna looked over at Sean, and her eyes reflected hesitance. "Mr Wesley, Are you not going to it?"

Sean started peeling the lobsters clumsily making Anna's lips turn into a smile.

As she watched his brute attempt, Anna couldn't help but remind him, "They sliced the back of the lobster, so just peel along that slit."

Sean followed her instructions and proceeded to put the peeled flesh into her bowl.

"I'll peel them myself. Have some Mr. Wesley" Anna picked up a big lobster.

Anna put down her spoon and picked up her phone. She scrolled the phone without giving much attention to her surroundings.

Abruptly, Sean reached out a hand to take her phone away. He spent a while looking at the pictures, then put the phone down and said blandly, "Stop looking at your phone. Finish the dinner first."

Anna thought that Sean would take a leave but he simply sat down on the couch without intention of leaving.

"Umm...I've been playing a game recently. Do you know this game?" Sean asked.

"Of course, I know. Honour of kings!" Anna with a smile sat beside him.

Sitting close to each other, she tilted her head toward him, looked at his phone, and said, "I never that Mr Wesley plays games."

"Mr Wesley, you can't play like this. You have to play diamond first."

"You have to get yourself familiarized with all the heroes and their skills before you can play them better."

Anna was so engrossed in the game that even the tone of her voice increased by a few decibels.

Throughout the entire game, Sean sat quietly listening to her. His delicate fingers scrolled the phone display slowly, controlling the hero, but his gaze was fixed on Anna.

They went on until two in the morning. By then, Anna was already so sleepy that she slowly fell asleep, her head tilted as if it was about to fall.

Noticing he raised his hand to support her head, but she unconsciously lay down in his arms.

He locked his phone and put it aside. The entire living room fell silent in an instant.

She was sound asleep in his arms, and he let her do so while crossing his legs and placing them on the coffee table.

While she was lying down, her raven hair slid across her face and covered her beauty. Seeing this, Sean swept her bangs aside with his fingers and kept them behind her ears.

However, her skin was so delicate and smooth that he couldn't take his fingers away from it when he touched it.

Only when she was in a deep sleep did he stand up and carry her in his arms to the room, where he placed her on the bed.

He sat beside her in silence and stared at her. Then he stopped himself from leaning over and kissing her lips. Her lips were soft and tender and had a faint sweet smell. He was completely engrossed in this feeling.

Anna slowly opened her eyes when she heard the sound of the closing door. Her heart raced madly, and she bit her lips to suppress the wild emotions blazing through her.
